- What's the use in owning a pinball machine if you don't know anyone who can fix it? "Pinball Pirate" is a short subject film following the journey of filmmaker Aaron Robbins to find California's legendary pinball fix-it wizard, the Pinball Pirate.

Chris is my uncle ^.^ he was so fun to grow up with. I'm glad you all like his work! He used to let me play in his garage/warehouse of arcade games ^.^
Saw Chris last weekend. Still the man
I met Chris a few years back, he he one of the few people in North America that can actually repair system 80B boards. He brought my pinball back to life :)
I got a chance to watch him work on a machine. He's an electro-mechanical engineering artist. Extremely fast, extremely knowledgeable, and able to explain what he's doing on the fly while maintaining an intense focus on the machine as a whole than just the problem on hand at the moment.
And thanks for mentioning Sam's in Cameron Park! I used to work nearby and had a lot of pinball lunchtimes there.
arh3733 Miss Sam’s Town. Thanks for watching.
He fixed my machine,awesome guy
Chris resurrected my machine -- he's top notch!
Thank you, awesome video work. Chris is my savior when i cannot fix something.
Really Enjoyed That .Live in Vegas and visit Tims place but always great to see other places , I have a have full of games as well
Lol. It's the details like the bolt heads that will drive me nuts if I know they're not right.
Great video! I only wish it was longer. Chris seems like a really nice guy.
Beautifully done documentary. Thanks!
Very well done.
Well done Aaron!
Lovely little documentary! Greetings from germany :)
Great video Chris!!!!!!! Very well done!!
Have you been to the Pinball Hall Of Fame in Las Vegas????? NEW building coming in late 2019! 3 times the size.
Great video
Very cool!
Wow what a knowledgeable and attractive group of people!
Dammit Toshio!
Great video! Is there a version where the music doesn't drown out what people are saying? 🙄
My first date with my now wife was here in 2006.
Ever work on a gottlieb big house with no speech and some targets missing sounds
The pinball community is still very small, we all know each other. Pinball survives because collectors keep it alive, not the manufacturers.
Pinball genius
I know Chris's less attractive brother, Andy. Great guy. Big heart, mediocre hockey player.
They are all kuntz
Quality is way down from what it once was. The sweaty guys on cocaine building these in the 70’s put our modern craftsman to shame.
