Hi @Wabbit_Hunta thanks for your comment, In the UK, when you checkout online you can provide courier/delivery instructions eg. 'Leave parcels in green parcel box. Code: 1234' Therefore It wouldn't matter if the first courier locked it as in the delivery instructions the next courier would also have the same information. Moreover, you can change your code weekly/monthly (with the instructions that are provided) if you are worried that couriers will be sharing your code. For an extra layer of security there are holes inside where you can screw it to the wall or floor. We're sorry that you feel that this product is a waste of time and money! We have sold thousands of these parcel boxes and received countless amounts of positive feedback as this is one of our best sellers. I hope this has cleared this issue up for you :)

@@IndoorOutdoorsUK First of all, this isn't a rant or a flame. It's simply a detail explanation of why I posted my previous comment (albeit a brief one) and I'm not having a dig at you or the box. It's the inept and shoddy delivery methods employed by couriers. Amazon, Hermes/Evri, DPD, Yodel who ignore any instructions given and simply do what they like as they also don't use any codes supplied. I have got them on security footage totally ignoring explicit instructions, given online, as well as a notice on my current delivery box that tells them to follow any, and all, delivery instructions that they were given. Their management have ignored, to date, any complaints made to them, and that's not just from me. That's a national issue. They simply end up doorstepping items, as they don't even wait for the door to be answered when they ring the doorbell. They dump said item on the doorstep, ring the doorbell and go, without waiting. There's only one delivery courier I trust. That's Royal Mail, as they have an implicit delivery code that has to be adhered to, and if they don't then they get taken down their conduct code path (and could even get the boot) That code is called the USO and has to be followed or they're in deep doo doo. You can leave instructions that are then put on a delivery instruction card which is placed on the frame (their workplace, I assume) and they then know what to do when delivering. Other couriers don't have a delivery code that is anywhere near what Royal Mail employ for deliveries. Amazon employ self employed couriers that work for unrelated courier companies, and they simply do what they like. We never ever get the same person doing the deliveries, whereas Royal Mail, DPD, Yodel, TNT parcels do. DPD, TNT, Hermes/Evri, and Yodel have a method of sorts. They all leave a card.. with absolutely no details on it at all, or leave it at a neighbour (despite instructions not to do so) so you end up having to call them and hang on for ages online, assuming that you can get through on the phone, and then have to get them to redeliver. Royal Mail now redeliver the next day, if you're out or you have no instructions with regards deliveries. Failing the 2nd attempt at delivery they leave a card with all the relevant details needed for a scheduled redelivery. So you can see why I'm loathe to like an open topped delivery box that has no parcel protection at all, as the area I live in has had a huge upswell of thefts/burglaries So I'd prefer a parcel box that has a type of inbuilt screen that stops people from getting at any item left in a parcel box. If You're building a wall that high we would recommend you use our ID005 Bracket.. If you type that ID number into our website you will see that, that bracket would help make your retaining wall solid.

Hello! The bracket itself is made using 2.5mm Heavy Duty Galvanised Steel, which will remain rust-free forever, even in the event of the coating being damaged.

Yes they were designed to be used on the joints, to secure sleepers together, use a bracket every 100cm approx. We manufacturer these for Wickes, but recommend buying them from indooroutdoors.co.uk
