Love it when you do Police stations or the Big Brother house etc, but I actually felt sorry for the staff in this video, they were so polite and kind. 10/10 for the staff, they were fantastic dealing with you.

This dealership looks like a well run, customer focused business with staff trying to do the correct thing. You then returned to the site you’d been asked to leave at 44:00 and stayed on site until the end of the video. How can you think this is acceptable in any setting!

When ur talking to receptionist doing coffee greg can clearly be seen in background along with lady beside him clearly watching u and laughing at one point, most certainly not distressed. Other guy at first steered u toward greg..no one said anything til main lady came down. It evidently took time to get themselves together to ask u to leave. All employees engaged u first rather than u upseting them as lady claimed.
This isn’t I’m any way an audit? Plus you don’t know the processes in a dealership. Not against what you do, merely the lack of knowledge and harassment of staff

If those at the desk whom you gave your channel too were uncomfortable an the receptionist they were great at hiding it. People should say straight away if that's true. Often I think higher ups just make it up as they go along. And lie about it.

Never heard of this small dealer group in the Plymouth area so interesting to see what went on. Good to have a quick glimpse of the refreshed T-Cross in the new Clear Blue Metallic. Would you believe it they also offer it in a colour called Rubber Ducky Yellow! Initial reception from Greg the Brand Manager seemed very cordial then it all turns to chaos at Murray Volkswagen shortly after Aisling appeared followed by angry David storming over telling falsehoods over what had been discussed backed up by Greg who just dug a deeper hole really. Were that not bad enough we then encounter another VW "drone expert" gleefully marching over to pour petrol on the fire telling us that it "doesn't matter" what the viewers think. The mind boggles! Disappointing on lack of seat covers. Shows poor attention to detail. Customers deserve better than that when paying main dealer prices. A well deserved red X. Thank you.

Customers cars with no covers and antsy when asked ? Appears they don't care.
