Great video!
Glad you enjoyed it
I like the "assume everyone likes you" tip; I don't think I've heard that before but it's definitely true. Reminds me of something I try to do as much as possible which is, when you greet someone, give a smile. A full one, with your teeth. I think it's helps set a nice comfortable tone.
There you go!
Out of all the men’s lifestyle channels, I can genuinely say you are my favorite !
The fifth point importantly shouldn't be interpreted as "don't talk, listen" but as "first listen, then talk". To ensure effective and correct understanding of new information, it is vital to communicate and to try to formulate it yourself actively.
Thanks for chiming in!
Hi Brian! Long time viewer but first time actually commenting Thank you so much for these rules. It actually made me think a second time about me and what i do on a daily basis. It might sound small but for me, this video helped alot more than people will understand.
I actually wrote down the ones i felt like was something i can improve on, and considering the 20 points in this list, it was more than i wouldve liked, however now i feel like i got a headsup on where to start improving myself!
Fantastic! I'm so glad to hear that and please don't be a stranger in the comments!
Great advice, thank you.
Look who’s back!!!
P.S.: the glass is always full. Half of it might just be air, but it is always full.
LOL. Love it.
As always, great video Brian.
Great advice, good video 👍 keep up the quality content. Love this channel
About 12 years ago I decided that if someone asked if I wanted to do something I’d never done before, I would say “Yes”. Like going to a pro hockey game. In any case, I’ve never been disappointed by the new experience.
Good way to be. Thanks for the comment.
As always, well said! Thank you Brian!
My pleasure!
As always, loved your video. Thanks Brian! Have a nice day :)
Thanks! You too!
Always nice to see a video from you, Brian. This some very good advice. Thanks, as always.
My pleasure!
Sage advice Brian. Many of those I learned in military service and they apply in civilian life as well. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
Thanks for chiming in!
Hold doors for men too. Hold doors for everyone!
Thank you Brian! Your videos have influenced my dressing sense and my personality development as well. I feel more confident and comfortable now. Huge respect! 💙
Fantastic! So happy to hear that!
Great rules Brian. Thanks for sharing.
You bet!
I guess everything can be summed up into one word -
CONSIDERATION!
Consideration or empathy for others!
It impacts almost everything else positively!
Indeed!
Valuable content, cheers to you man
Appreciate the comment.
Great video Brian! 👍
Many thanks, Gabriel!
Smooth transition on the video sponsor, very smooth!
Love your channel brother. Great content 👍
Glad you enjoy it!
Great Video! You and Demetrius Levi are the only lifestyle UA-camrs that I need to follow. Please keep the excellent work!
Wow, thank you! Appreciate the support!
Every time I watch your video you engaged me in such a way that I feel like I'm having a live conversation with you. Please post videos most often. ❣
I'm so glad! That's great and I really appreciate that.
A really great list.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks, saved for future reference!
Awesome!
I love this channel; some great advice
I appreciate that!
Love the Video, Great Content As Well. I also get Ralph Macchio Vibes From You.
Watching this video at 17 really motivates me to take action towards being a high quality man.
It's tough to make and keep friends as you get older. I find that I have had many acquaintances, but very few stand the test of time.
Great advice and reminders for old-heads like me.
Rule #1, never slap someone onstage
Rule #2 Don't talk about my wife
LOL
Ha
Excelent video, Bryan. Greetings from Costa Rica.
Hello there!
Great advice
Thanks!
A gentleman should be wary of his reputation daily. It can take years to build and be destroyed in a short period by his actions and words. We all have to keep conscious of the people with who we surround ourselves.
Always be vigilant. Thanks for chiming in, Larry.
Thank you, sir.
I'm 31 years old now and I can say that most of these rules are very true.
About the last one, there is an old saying in China:“闻道百,以为莫己若者,我之谓也。”
Which means a man knowing a lot of rules&reasons to think that nobody is better than him.
But in reality, there is always something to learn, and more importantly, one need to live by those rules and make them your own , not just knowing them .
Unrealted to the video but I'm extremely jealous of your VC with the guilloche dial :) beautiful grail watch
Thanks!
What brand is that shirt? Love the texture.
Hi Brian. Thanks again for this super content.
Following your 9th point, I'd like to know more about the shirt you're wearing in this video, absolutely beautiful! Where does it come from ?
Best
Victor
Thanks, Victor. The shirt is from our shop: hespokestyle.com/product/denim-dress-shirt/
@@hespokestyle Thanks 🙏 Will definitely check it out.
One thing I hate is my joints get really sore sitting in one position for a long time, so I have to shift around and often cross my arms to make my back feel better.
I hate it because I know I look closed off, even when I am really engaged in the conversation.
Thanks so much for sharing!
A gentleman opens doors for women and men and is a gentleman to both
Indeed
Open doors for everyone always look behind you it is the modern age after all
Haha
Nice video Brian! Thanks for the points. However I noticed some things; in this video you look a little bit tired, speaking slowly and drained. I don't know what's happened, but definitely take care of yourself... Take a day off, stay hydrated, sleep enough. It's always a pleasure to see you! Sometimes I watch a video of yours just to watch you talk, you're that levelof charismatic. Best wishes, Brian!
LOL. Thanks for the comment. I deliberately delivered this video with this cadence.
@@hespokestyle Aha nice! Happy to hear that. Best wishes✌
@@alimahdavi2276 Are you the same dude who said I look tired in my last video? Because I definitely was in that one!
I'd like to elaborate on #2 Don't be a troll.
Don't be a troll who uses a fake account, with a fake name, and fake profile picture.
Which ties with #1 Be authentic.
If you have something to say, say it, and deal with the consequences. If what you say makes you feel you need a fake account to say it so nothing can be traced back to you, you probably shouldn't have said it.
Well said. Thanks so much for chiming in!
I appreciate the Tiege Hanley approach, simplifying things for those gents that are not into skincare. However, I doubt there is real quality to their products against better brands that are more backed-up by use and research. And considering taking care of your face is worth the investment, I don't really see the point in TH besides the simple and straightforward approach for those that do not know routines for skincare.
Thanks for the comment. Tiege has worked for me, which is the reason I feel comfortable promoting them.
@@hespokestyle Please consider doing an update on your current skincare routine/products. I started using Aesop based on your recommendation a while back. By the way, great content, keep it up. =)
700th like :)
👍👍👍
Cheers.
I bet 3:07 caught everybody of guard
How so?
@@hespokestyle We were all definately slouched in our chairs while watching

Who wants to see morning and night time routine as well as day in life? Maybe your new home tour.😉
Good idea! We're still getting settled. Been focused on getting the studio set up.
@@hespokestyle Sir, congratulations on your growth. Thank you bear I’ve learnt a lot from your channel.
16. Open doors for other people.
Cheers.
@@hespokestyle have a good day, sir.

@@hespokestyle that’s right . Thanks for comment. Have a nice day
@@alexsagirov2020 Same to you
20 just recognizes rules are contextual.
Thanks for watching until the end.
I broke 3 of the 20 rules just by watching this video, as a youtube troll lying on the bed on my phone all the time until my eyes hurt.
I enjoy being a troll sometime because holding onto the refine confident gentlement image all the time is hard, I need somewhere to release some of my inner trollness, and i would rather do it to internet dudes instead of real life friends.
Hmm
🤣🤣🤣 be a troll or be trolled 😈
