Now you have to definitely check Hypa Hypa covers, in dark covid times they created 8 covers of hypa hypa each in different style (disco, country, rap etc), my favorite in medieval metal style by Saltatio Mortis
The current Tekkno tour starts with a spoof Airline safety announcement testing the energy of the crowd Then saying that “standing still during the performance is not allowed“ There is their Hellfest show videoed by ARTE the Franco German arts channel showing their set.
I love Electric Callboy so much. You just can't sit still while listening to them. It's impossible 😂 Also Nico (clean vocals) and Kevin (screams/growling) are so funny. I really enjoy watching their making of vids.
What's left? Let's have a look at what videos they've released since Hypa Hypa which was the introduction of Nico, the current clean vocalist: Hate/Love, great song & video, more serious, not the over the top "weird" style, still a banger. MC Thunder II - Dancing like a Ninja, original MC Thunder is from 2017, with their old singer Sebastian (called Sushi), and it's one of the more popular/prominent songs from that era. One should know the first one to fully appreciate the sequel. Both videos have youtuber/ streamer HandOfBlood (aka Hänno) starring in the title role, the band doesn't appear (well, drummer David has a cameo in the first one). Hänno is also part of the dance crew at the end of the Hypa Hypa video. The front dancer is Kalle (aka Kalle Koschinsky) also a youtuber/ streamer who is in the MC Thunder II video too (and is going to pop up again later) Then they collaborated with a whole bunch of German artists from other genres and released a series of Hypa Hypa variations: a medieval folk metal cover by Saltatio Mortis (highly recommended), a (synth)pop version featuring Sasha, a German hip-hop cover by 257ers (feat. Electric Callboy), an EDM Remix by Gestört aber Geil (the only video which is kind of genre standard, without any comedic elements), an emo rock ballad cover by Axel One, a deathcore/metalcore cover by We Butter the Bread with Butter aka WBTBWB (which became a fan favourite) a country version featuring The BossHoss (animated video as they didn't manage to schedule filming a live action clip because "Boss" had become a father at that time). Next original release was We got the Moves. After that, they collaborated with Kalle, who challenged them to do a song for/ with him in one day. So they invited him to their studio, wrote, recorded and produced a song and filmed the video the very next day. Released as Kalle Koschinsky feat. Electric Callboy (actually, at that time they still had their original name) Castrop X Spandau (referring to EC's hometown Castrop-Rauxel and Kalle's residence Spandau which is a borough of Berlin). Pump it!, Spaceman feat Finch (German rapper, not the US post-hardcore band), Fckboi feat. Conquer Divide (American based multi-national all female metalcore band, song & video again a bit more serious, ), Hurrikan (video starring Mia Julia, a German part time Schlager singer [Schlager being our infamous happy-go-lucky pop version of folk music] and part time adult actress), Arrow of Love (video starring Kalle Koschinsky, band doesn't appear).
Aaaah I loved your reaction so much! 🤣😍🙌🏻 They are so so so good, you need to check out their new album (Tekkno). Every song on it hits different and slaps in its own way. Keep it up🖤
It's so fun watching reactions to these guys. Welcome back! Also, when you get a chance, check out Feuerschwanz's cover of Warriors of the World United. (very different vibe, but another band that embraces comedy and still absolutely wrecks face musically)
They can miss the Target 👌 Their new album Tekkno.. I had goosebumps for 7 of their songs before they drop it 🤟 amazing marketing! Tx from Québec Canada 🇲🇶🇨🇦
At this point you might as well do an album-reaction to their recent realease called "Tekkno". "We got the moves" which you already reacted to is on that record and from there you got 9 absolute BANGERS waiting for you. 5 of which do have a musicvideo to go with. Besides that you may wanna look at: MC Thunder MC Thunder 2 Hate/Love Castrop X Spandau Cheers!
There are seven official alternative versions of this song done by seven German bands / artists from seven different genres: The most popular one (for me and also what I get from all the comments I read) are: Saltatio Mortis: Medieval- / Folkmetal rendition Sasha: Most cheesy pop version We Butter The Bread With Butter: Metalcore-Madness
You are 2 years late, make it 2,5 years. I've heard this thousands of times but why not 1 more. This saved 2020 though it was pretty good year in Finland. It was perfect for that time and it's great song so....there are also different versions of it and i love the 80s roller rink with sasha ;)
Hi, you should also check MC Thunder, Hurrican, Crystals. Also, there are half a dozen different versions of Hypa hypa collaborating with different artists (including one called We butter the bread with butter, and another one that has a herdie gerdie on it :D ). Cheers.

I'm surprised the chant part hasn't ended up on the stands of the UK football grounds.
The Finch featured in Spaceman is not a band, it's a German Rapper, streamer and UA-camr.
Yay! Welcome back to 'the youtubes'!
Very excited to be back! Now, to be consistent lol! Thank you
@@Chief322 Yeah well, 'sometimes' is way better than 'never' imo 🤷♀ Consistent not not, I'll be over here manifesting 7K . Let's gooo! 🤘

React to Electric Callboy -MC Thunder 1 and 2 👍
Did you see them this month? They did a small tour in the UK on 21 November till the 24th?
What was that instrumental at the start of the video? It almost sounded like Feuerschwanz's Memento Mori..?
Also, #Weirdgang for the win.

I was just looking through your videos and didn't see any slaughter to prevail. Do you know of them? If not you really should check them out.
