Hello, Teacher here😠 I don't know WHO your teachers were or WHERE those teachers are you used in your examples, but THEY DO NOT represent the vast majority. Please leave them in the tiny box they belong in. Teachers DO take psychologically and most would NEVER embarrass students in the way you described. ALL of your examples CLEARLY convey you ONLY focused on NON EXAMPLES of Teachers. My classroom and others were diverse and ALL students participated and LOVED when incorrect answers were given because that meant AWESOME mini lessons that STUDENTS conducted. My students trived. YES, ALL at their OWN level. I HIGHLIGHTED what they did WELL and referenced their challenges. Please find ACTUAL examples of Teachers. Thank you.
Hi @kbpretty1 , thank you for taking the time to listen to my podcast and share your thoughts . I appreciate your perspective as a teacher and your commitment to providing a diverse and engaging experience for your students.
I recognize that there are many dedicated and effective teachers who go above and beyond to ensure their students receive a quality education.
That being said, it's important to acknowledge that not all teachers are created equal, and unfortunately, there are some who do not live up to the high standards that you and others in the profession strive to achieve. It's important to shed light on these situations in order to improve the overall quality of education.
