Unboxing Modori Cookware | Easy Chilli Garlic Oil Noodles in 10 Mins

I am super excited to receive my modori cookware set, this would be my first unboxing video, hope you enjoy it. I will also show you how to do a quick and easy chilli garlic oil noodles, so delicious and can be prepared in 10 minutes!

Soy sauce 3 tbsps
Rice vinegar 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Maple syrup 1 tsp
Garlic cloves 3
Chilli powder 1-2 tsps
Vegetable oil 2 tbsps
Green pak choi 1-2
Noodles 100g
1. Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and maple syrup in a serving bowl. Finely chop the garlic cloves.
2. Cook the green pak choi in boiling water for a few minutes until it is soft, then cook the noodles in boiling water until soft too. Meanwhile, add 2 tbsps vegetable oil in a small pan, heat up on medium heat until oil is hot.
3. Drain the cooked noodles and add into a bowl, mix with the sauces in the bowl, then add pak choi, finely chopped garlic and chilli powder on top. Finally, pour the hot oil on garlic and chilli powder.
