The non-stick surface works very well and it's easy to clean as well.
To maintain the non-stick functionality, you'll need to season it after each use by rubbing surface with a light coating of oil.

It's not recommended to use them in microwave. :)
Replacement every 1-2 years?!? What's the point? 😰 The only reason why I'd get them over Teflon is to be more sustainable and not throw out pans every year.. the Teflon is safe enough and won't degrade if you change it every 6 months then.. not much difference except the steep price tag!
Because this modori using coated element in its exterior. The different is this brand have more aesthetic appearance than regular teflon LOL
