  • MODORI unboxing - Korean Sodam cookware. cooking rice and testing them.
Hello friends! This weekend I received such an exciting and highly anticipated package and I wanted to share it with you. this Korean cookware set was on my wish list since 2018 and my husband surprised me and got it for me this Christmas. This is not available in any other country but Korea, so he had a personal shopper buy it and deliver it for us! 🥰 Enjoy the cooking ASMR 😂

Lovely video. Are they quite heavy pans to use?

Yes, they are heavier than your tradicional non-stick pans and pots but not to the extent of a cast iron cookware.

Kak hai,mau tanya ini klo buat masak soto atau rawon gt apakah bisa terdapat noda stain kuning atau hitam di panci nya?

Hi! I’m not familiar with those dishes, but the most staining things I’ve used are achiote and tomato paste and it’s as good as new after all this time.

hello! can I ask, if you are cooking without the handle, say you're stirfrying sth, does the pot move everywhere? because I'm thinking if you're going to leave the handle there while you cook (use to hold it to stablise), the handle might get burned

Hello! Sorry for the delay. Since I have a gas range the grip of the grate is good and is doesn’t move around. I have cooked with them leaving the handle on and nothing has happened, make sure to not use the highest flame, its not good for the outside coating & of any pot or pan you own. In the case of the electric cook tops is fine to leave it on always while cooking since there is not direct flame hitting it.

Hiii, your video is nice 😊
    I have some question
After we coated it with oil, did we store it with the pan coated with oil?
And if we want to use it, did you rinse it first?
    Thank you!

Hi! Thank you! Well, I just wiped it with oil with a napkin and then used a clean one to take almost all of it off and stored it. i used pan protectors to stack them for storage. And I didn’t clean to use them the first time. Hope this helps!
