Super73 should release a video of how to properly adjust the suspension on the s and r series. There are people bottoming out the suspension forks and ruining the seals because they have not adjusted their suspension.
There are two wires with caps, dangling in the front, and the manual doesn't mention those cables at all... What are they for? Also, how do you remove the battery in order to charge it away from the bike?
Anyone know what spokes the R-series has on the back wheel? One fell off/broke off on mine and I want to get it replaced. Local bike shops said get it from the manufacturer, but we all know S73 doesn't answer emails or phone calls... Happy to do it myself, just can't find this info anywhere online.
Ordered one of these models. Do I have to have a certified bicycle mechanic assemble it to avoid voiding the warranty? I've been assembling my bikes for over thirty years.

No, you can assemble it all on your own, it is super easy, you just need to add the pedals and handlebars :)
@2:36 27-30psi recommended, yet the manual says 100psi is the minimum... So which is it?
25 30 is my personal preference. Depends on the roads. In winter a little less does wonders
