OH MY GOD, of COURSE!! you flip the image so the tracking points are applied in reverse... but then you reverse it right back again with the track motion! why didn't I think of that?? that's genius! Incredible, you actually helped so much with this video. I got to the picture in picture step myself but couldn't think of a way to invert the tracking data. this is so simple!
I and my friend just discovered your channel and all I can say is wow. You do such a great job at these edits. You deserve way more success than u currently have, keep on grinding my dude. You'll get there for sure
Bro, you should do more voice-over videos! It's a lot easier to understand! Don't get me wrong this is okay but voice-over is a lot better! great video!
Hey. Any idea how can i make this work for a TikTok video? my video is recorded in 1920x1080p, but for TikTok I have to zoom in to eliminate the blackbars. Using this method it makes it move weird after I zoom it in in track motion feature. It works as a charm on landscape but cant make it happen in portrait.
you need to reverse your dimensions 1080 [height] x 1920 [width]. Also before you render, use the same settings. I had this problem when I first started making my own Tiktoks. Hope this helps!
@@jaqenhghar2970 I did reverse them on preview if that's what you re saying. But it still goes all over the place. I tried for like an hour to do it but I cant manage to get it right. Can you do a small tutorial maybe? Please? Thank you.
Because in order to stabilize an image we have to move the frame of view in the opposite direction of the movement we want to stabilize. Imagine an object moving on a straight line from the left side of the frame to the right. Just a horizontal line for the sake of simplicity. Now, if you want that object to always appear in the same spot on the screen, you would have to move the frame accordingly in the opposite direction. You use the motion tracking on the said object and then flip it horizontally (we're keeping it simple, remember?). Now, if your object moves N pixels to the right during one frame, the reversed motion tracking moves 10 pixels to the left during the same frame. All you have to do now is move the frame with the reversed motion tracking data so that your object stays in the same place in reference to the screen. Of course, since we have two dimensions, we have to flip it both vertically and horizontally.
@@el_daro it's things like this that make me wanna quit editing, it's bad enough everything i edit across my different channels is already ass but something that seems so simple yet complicated makes me feel dumb to the point that i should just look for another hobby tbh

Hi. Tell me how to do in vegas, so that the object remains in the center of the frame. I want it for hiperlaps . Is there a link to the lesson ?

why'd you flip the horizontal and vertical just to flip it back?

I dont know why I dont have the motion tracking option
you need Sony Vegas Pro 18 or higher for that function.
wtf nice
Does this only work on 18 what bout 15
Yes, this method only works for SVP18, unfortunately for 17 or later you have to manually Track through pan&crop.
@@VNTPR dang
I don't know why this works, or why there isn't an easier way.
The content is awesome, but just help us out with some voice, we want to see and listen to what you are doing.
Ok, losing the crap music and speakng the steps would be helpful.
*FOR SOME REASON I CANT GET THAT RECTANGLE TO APPER ON MY PROJECT*
