After using this peculiar fork technique in front of my coworkers at lunchtime, they were immediately incensed and attacked me forthwith. It was a good thing your dish was so packed full of the necessary carbs and protein for the ensuing battle which came afterwards along with the amazing cardio session in the form of defending myself against my newfound attackers. JK your dishes are the bomb brother.

Glorified leftover, LOL!!! Yes, I remember when my mom was embarrassed about giving us leftovers too often when we were kids. At some point when talking about food prepping I thought: "Hmmm, this is just leftovers when you think about it, how sad...". But in the end it does save time, and I firmly believe our ability to pimp/enhance/delicious-ify these leftovers has never been better. Inspirational videos, Josh.

Small drizzle of soy sauce and then stir the hell out of it. The rice will cook the egg a bit and fluff it up. Love this breakfast too for when I'm trying to cram protein in the morning.

I also have that induction cooktop and hate its small hotspot. I found what helps is to use a tri-ply pan (like the All-clad brand) which is more even heating than cast iron/carbon steel. Just make sure it is induction capable.

These videos have really helped me revamp my diet. I hated having to spend so much time in the kitchen in order to eat healthier. These videos have gotten me to meal prep, so that I only have to spend a fraction of the amount of time in the kitchen for healthy meals all week, but those meal's delivered to your door type subscriptions were so expensive. Thanks for making these videos easy to follow! Keep up the good work, I get excited when you come out with a new meal!

Unpopular opinion but I honestly prefer the Ground Turkey we have been getting recently compared to the normal ground beef we always get for burgers and stuff. It's really funny when my mom is saying how the Turkey is okay and I'm like this is so much juicier and sticks together better XD it's so weird but awesome.
thx for all the great content man I'm marking all of these recipes that I think look awesome in my recipe playlist to eventually get into meal prepping. I love the sauce ideas and crave sauce. It's what puts so many calories into dishes but sauces like these look amazing and I love cilantro and parley based sauces a lot! Pesto for the win :) but this looks great
