Amazing Collection Preston, You have earned it, Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. The three wheeler community owes a debt to you for bringing this collection together and sharing it with the world. Thanks
Thanks for watching man! Yeah, to say I was aggressively collecting is probably an understatement. And I have had more than twice as many pass through my hands in that time frame as I upgraded and found nicer models. Crazy looking back at it.
I had a brand new 1986 Honda 250SX, white gas tank, blue seat, red fenders, saw one in your collection there, man that brings back some memories. I rode that thing for years and taught both of my daughters to ride it, we all had some fun times on that Honda. Thanks for sharing your collection.
Just seeing this now. I was showing my girl some of your videos last night. Ohhh I love the information cards. Your organization is awesome!!! The 90s in every color are soo sweet to start the ATC History.
This is so cool. Nebraska Farm Kid here. My older brothers had 2 ballon tire 3 wheelers. I being the youngest I had an 1983 110. Drove it everywhere. This video is so cool as my school buddies had some different ones as well. My Blue Heeler dog would ride on mine with me every night to go check on the cows in the pasture. I miss that great dog and would love to go on just one more ride with her. Such memories as I watched this. Great collection. I will probably watch this video multiple times.
Thank you sir for those kind words! I can picture everything you just said. Feel free to watch this video and any of my others as much as you'd like. Are you still in Nebraska? I'm in NY and if you'd like to, you can swing by anytime.
@@ThisOldTrike In Illinois now. My Parents still has the farm(cows are gone, no more dogs.....Sad Really) but they are almost 90 and last I remember the 2 balloon tire 3 wheelers were in boxes. Now next time I'm back I need to check. I know he sold my Honda 110 years ago. I remember wanting a 200M but then I got older and got into cars. Haven't thought about 3 wheelers in forever. Most people don't know anything about them. Which made your video so awesome. Thanks
Preston I just stumbled upon your video of the Honda, ATC’s. I was so excited I can’t believe your collection. It’s amazing.! I dreamed of owning one when growing up. We had dirt bikes, but I always wanted three wheeler. My beloved , fun Uncle Charlie on owned two110s, and he would bring them up to the mountain and my uncle’s house and he would give us rides on them. It was great times. But then my brother had just committed suicide 6 months prior during the year when he was 16, so riding the ATC’s was a joy that I hadn’t felt in a long time. but sadly a year later, my uncle was to take his own life due to a cheating wife and I never did end up having an ATC. But now as I get older, I’m enjoying my adult childhood and may pick one up soon. Thank you.🎉😊
Finally someone who understands and respects these awesome machines. I got my first ATC90 in 1970. Sold my last ATC 185M in 2019 to buy a 1975 CT90. I'll take the 74. Lol
Such a cool collection!! Growing up on a dairy farm in Ontario, Canada, I saved my money and bought a used 83 ATC110, drove the wheels off that thing! So much fun.
Hell of a collection and knowledge. Awesome. My first taste of any “off road bike” was an atc125m don’t remember the years. My uncle bought 6 of them in a bundle. My cousin and I age 7-8 took all of them to make two running and we beat the brakes off them. Thank you for taking me back in memory lane.
Thanks Andy!! I bet you and your cousin working on those 125M's are memories you'll never ever forget! Happy to spur a trip down memory lane whenever I can!!
Many thanks for the tour! Seeing all those Carlisle "Trail-Pro" tires bring back memories as they were the first new tires I ever had to put on my go kart. That must have been either '92 or '93 Still have those tires saved in the shop for their next use. My younger brother was the one who got the trike bug. First he got a 250ES Big Red and when he got tired of that he got an '86 350X. He then later got an '85 350X and was going to use the best parts of both to build a nice unit but like many projects... time, money and family always get in the way.
The history of the collection, the collection must be worth a fortune. Just seeing This now. I want to get my 3 Wheeler out of the trailer and do something with it.
Excellent Show Brother. it really warmed my heart, My family owned a couple HONDA Dealers in San Diego where I started working at Holiday Honda in the 6th grade. If you call it work ,Id wash all the used bikes, start them up and ride back and forth. I enjoyed your show so much I watched it twice. its very cool what you've put together, your definitely a special person. I worked at our shops from 1976 to 1989. So the "Blue Christmas models" The first year we did do a drawing for a Giveaway if we did drawing Honda picked up 1/2 the dealer cost that was advertised on the radio, But that was the only year we did that. From then on, we sold them. Honda wasn't splitting cost. I always thought the blues were neat, but in early 80's It was all about the 250R and 200X, and the blues just sat. I saw you had a couple later model kick and go's, but ya didn't have the one with 3 wheels? lol Congratulations on your collection!
Man, what a stroll down memory lane. I started with a ‘84 110 and over the years had 1985 200S, 84&85 200X, 86 250SX, and for quads 87 250R, 91 250X and a 94 Foreman 300. My two regrets is never owning a 350x and 88-89 250r. Anyways, great collection and thanks for sharing!
Really cool and nice collection. Had 3 ATC’s. Two 90’s, first 1 smooth tires, lime green, second knobby tires, red then third 1, red was a 110. Used all 3 for agricultural work. Have probably ridden a million miles on those bikes. I don’t remember the years purchased my dad did the early ones. Think the 110 was purchased the 1 year out. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.
You’re lucky to have all of these. I grew up on one of these I was looking into buying one off Facebook marketplace but I have to wait until my money situation gets better my work caught fire so I’m waiting to go back. Oh well hopefully my kids will enjoy one like these one day like i did. I’m in Pittsburgh. Seems like facebook has a few on there.I believe mine was an 86/87 year. Great times.
I am 47.. Wow does this bring back strong memories.. In 1984 my dad bought a 110 and 70 new and they was a blast for many years.. After a few years the machines wore out and I was in my early teens and dad got rid of them in pieces.. I have been looking to buy a nice 84 70 and 110, just to have.. To this day I have dreams about those machines.. It’s crazy..
Great job and a most impressive collection, Preston! Wonderful to see your continued drive & passion that helps keep the memories alive. Amazing pieces of history you have there! ~ John
John, that means a LOT coming from you sir! I never really thought I'd actually do it. Just kept looking.... and looking.... and looking... and before you know it... You're transferring money to a stranger in Finland to buy some obscure three wheeler having no idea what shipping is going to be... lol.
Thank You for the effort you made in pulling all you trikes out to show. I just recently got (3) 90s a 74, 77 frame parts with engine, and a mostly complete 78, along with a 1982 110. Now after watching this video, and looking at your ATC 90 collection, I seem to have a mix combination. The 90s have had parts swapped around except the 82 110. The 74 90, has balloon tires but they are split pretty bad, but it's mostly there. I could go on and on about details, but these videos have helped me allot figuring out what I have! Keep these videos coming👍
That's awesome!! Same here brother. Well, age-wise. I never had my own machine when I was a kid, but I rode the wheels off my dad's 84 Big Red and 84 TRX 200!!
I guess it is safe to assume that you have the only (soon to be) full collection of Honda 3 wheelers.. I like them all, but the mid 80's are my favorites.. 👍👍👍 #makeatcsgreatagain
Just simply wow... Its like the pinnacle of your channel right now isn't it? All models.. all years.. I'm just simply astonished to see it really...I wonder from a owner perspective how does it feel it to achieve such a level of inventory.. Anyways, Good content preston! Big love from eastern Canada!
Thank you very much man! Well, I'm sure I'll be more stoked about it once that 84 200E is on the ground in my shop so I can officially declare victory... but I can tell you this, with this level of inventory... it feels kind of overwhelming honestly. I'm the only one out there (for the most part) tinkering on them and doing repairs and maintenance. It's a lot. Some of it is 1-time stuff... not routine... but there's a ton up upkeep!!
Wow. Quite the Collection. My Dad had a 1984 200m. He used it mostly for hauling wood/utility work. He drove it til the frame broke in a couple of places maybe up until 1993. Ok. Thnx.. bye..😎👍🏼
In 1970 Honda sold the 3 wheelers with a factory option wooden trailer accessory from the dealership. We still have the wooden flatbed trailer and the 3 wheeler to this day. It doesn't run anymore and I have never seen it run but my old man rode it around on the farm back in the 70's.
Man I wish I never took my blue 110 to the scrap yard. That was a huge mistake it only needed minor things but I was young an dumb at that time in my life an needed the money. I didn't take just that but it helped an wasn't worth it. That a great collection man very nice.
Fun fact: sometime in the mid 1990's I bought the last Honda factory OEM headlight brush guard for a 350x in inventory. I'll never forget the parts guy at Honda telling me that 😎
Ha! A similar thig happened to me. In 2001, I bought (what I was told) was the last OEM gas tank for a 1985 CR 125 for $185. I sold the bike in 2010 with the original tank for $700 (it was a beater) and sold the still brand new, in box OEM gas tank to a collector for $900. He was so happy...an so was I!!
I had piles of them all different models cc sizes years ago the blue 110s are hard to find compared to the red ones you might want to keep both the 83s for parts being that there are parts that fit only that year not kidding had to scavenge and improvise to have it all work awsome collection man!
Very nice my childhood and early adulthood revolved around 3 wheels and balloon tires ! If I could afford I would build a 2023 ATC 450FX my dream trike
I didn't think it would even be possible to gather them all. Unless there's some real dedication. And a good amount of friends. And everything else, I forgot. :P Love the little orange trike. You know which one. The one dat says H O N D A on the back of it. ;)
I’m having trouble identifying the model of a big red ATC. I’m working on a friend’s machine and it has reverse, shaft drive and the spark plug is on the left side of the engine. He told me that it’s a 85 200cc big red ATC but that doesn’t seem to match with that model. It also has a plastic fuel tank. I also need a few parts. Head light and RH handle bar clamp. The instrument panel mounting hole is broken off the handle bar clamp. Thanks.
I had a pretty rare blue 84 110 ATC! The onle blue 84 110 i have ever seen and from what I understand, they made the blue 110 in 83 and used the rest of the plastics in 84 just to get rid of them!
I’m speechless! I’m glad there is people like you that appreciate these machines. I’ve got two really nice 86’ 200x’s. one of them for riding the other is too pretty so it’s just for looking at😂 I’ve also got a basket basket case, 83’ 200x. I’ve already dumped a ton of money into the 86 models but don’t think I wanna go down that road with 83. I think I’m eventually going to part it out. How is the parts market on an 83’ 200x?
I live in Pontiac Michigan. Probably about a 1/2 mile from the old lion stadium. The old silverdome, they used to Race these things downtown Pontiac on the 4th of July
I see no 1986 trx350 fourtrax in your collection nor a 87-88 trx trx350D nor a 1987-88 trx250x nor a 85-86-87 trx 250 fourtrax but nevertheless you have a hell of a collection man. 🤙🏻
So, for the record... I have owned 3 blue 350D's at one point in time; 2 87's and 1 88. I now own an 88 TRX250X, but I didn't then. I still don't have an 87... but maybe someday. And I've owned all three years of the TRX250 in the past... but they didn't stay around.
I had a bike like that orange one but I thought it was trail 90. 3 speed 90cc with chrome racks and exhaust. Should still be in my old parts barn if my brother didn't sell on me. I haven't been in there in 10 years or more. At family farm.
I would like to know.Does all the trikes have a pool start?I own one I think it's a 82 or 83 200 Honda.And I can't pull it.I mean.I can pull it but I have a bad shoulder

Thats like having a addiction ! Honda Rehab here we come!
Santa brought me a 1982 ATC 110 Christmas morning when I was 8. I survived and I still have it. It’s rough but it’s all there.
This is crazy how did u find all them in just 5 years wow mind blown thank you for your video!!

Very nice my childhood and early adulthood revolved around 3 wheels and balloon tires ! If I could afford I would build a 2023 ATC 450FX my dream trike
Yes sir! A 450FX trike would be a monster!
I didn't think it would even be possible to gather them all. Unless there's some real dedication. And a good amount of friends. And everything else, I forgot. :P
Love the little orange trike. You know which one. The one dat says H O N D A on the back of it. ;)
A clear and accurate record must exist... no matter who calls you a moon head
Also, It looks like it has a tip over switch. There’s a component that has a up arrow on it. Thanks again!!
Legend status
Thanks man!
I think I’m in love I would love to find one of those 250sx damn men my jaw smashed the floor
What amazing video!!
Thank you!
Wow.... just wow
I’m looking at a motorbike and I found a Honda ATC 250es and I asked my mum to go half’s but she said they were to dangerous😂
Thank you for taking the time to showcase your worst machines.
Thanks P.J. Hart!
This video will get you a million subscribers lol awesome
Thanks brother!
Great video thank you
I appreciate that sir!!
OMG I've died and gone to heaven.
Thank you sir!
Now you need to get all of the four wheelers ever made
Hmmm... I'll take that under consideration.
So amazing 🤩👍👍👍
Thanks brother! It's a labor of love!
Thanks.
I have about 3 Big Red specific videos that are newer than this one you're commenting on. I think one of those will be helpful to you.
🤣 The "confusion section". "Trans-annual "🤣🤣🤣🤣
I can't help myself sometimes...
@@ThisOldTrike instantly cancelled everywhere! 😂
Amazing
I had a pretty rare blue 84 110 ATC! The onle blue 84 110 i have ever seen and from what I understand, they made the blue 110 in 83 and used the rest of the plastics in 84 just to get rid of them!
Hey ATC buddy I was wondering. What are those rims on Big Blue called? I'm thinking about getting a set like those.
Have an 84 big red love it but I’m set on getting an 85 250sx with rear rack just like that
GOOD CONTENT 💪🏾💪🏾
👍👍👍
I’m speechless! I’m glad there is people like you that appreciate these machines. I’ve got two really nice 86’ 200x’s. one of them for riding the other is too pretty so it’s just for looking at😂 I’ve also got a basket basket case, 83’ 200x. I’ve already dumped a ton of money into the 86 models but don’t think I wanna go down that road with 83. I think I’m eventually going to part it out. How is the parts market on an 83’ 200x?
Amazing collection. I’m not sure what’s up with the tires needing to be original?
Collectors want original tires. OEM at least... and mostly tread patterns have long since been discontinued.
That Pull start
I love it! I’d hate the carb maintenance! Lol
I had a bike like that orange one but I thought it was trail 90. 3 speed 90cc with chrome racks and exhaust. Should still be in my old parts barn if my brother didn't sell on me. I haven't been in there in 10 years or more. At family farm.
Very very cool. Yeah, there were a few different orange Hondas back then. The got a little wild with the colors!
Awesome collection, I believe you messed your first 2 atc 70 years up though. 73 & 74 where first two years then the break
Thanks for watching man. Yes, you're right, I totally misspoke and never caught it. Glad you enjoyed the video!
Hey preston can u do or do u have a video on the suspension 200s or is it 185... I'd highly recommend bvc for a conversion
I would like to know.Does all the trikes have a pool start?I own one I think it's a 82 or 83 200 Honda.And I can't pull it.I mean.I can pull it but I have a bad shoulder
Bad@$$ man💪💪👊👊😁😁
Thanks brother!
Could the 110 125m rack mount width change be due to a battery box??? Did the frame change so it could go down the line as 110 or 125??????🤔🤔🤔
I think you may be on to something.
@@ThisOldTrike wheels are always turning....
I had a 1981 Honda 280r and sold it to my cousin. I believe he still has it but I didn't see it in your walkthrough?
Do you mean 1981 250R? There's an 81 250R in there.
Right around the 1:30 mark you can see it.
Holy buddy save some for the rest of us.
You act like there aren't thousands and thousands and thousands of these out there....
Hahahah thanks for the kind words
I have a beautiful 83 110 if you’re interested. Like very clean great running one.
