Very nice, I really really like your style and now i'm desperate to try more watercolour! If you don't mind me saying though, I think you need to work on perspective a little bit, it was a bit off here. For example, the yellow cabs in the middle are too 'flat' we would see more of the roof and bonnet of the car at this angle. I think you possibly could've used a two or three point perspective for this image which you sort of hinted at with the figure shadows at the end, but didn't plan for in the sketching phase. Also some of the cars - particularly the two at the bottom are too big! Hope that doesn't come across as negative, just want to offer my feedback from one artist to another :) Thanks for making these videos!
Thank you for info. On the other hand, from Europe, it is impossible to find this reference and this specific panoramic format on Amazon... do you have a link to this block precisely ?...
Hey nice painting!how do you think the paper will do under heavy washes. Does the pigment get absorbed quickly or is there time to move colours around?
I learn so much from your videos they are phenomenal! Do you use paynes gray and neutral tint in the same palette or do you swap them out depending on what you are painting?
I just discovered this also and love it. Have you tried Bee paper? It's smoother but also cotton and is so lovely. Thanks for sharing your amazing work.
@@scorbett4370 yes, a lot cheaper. I think it rivals arches paper, it's great for practice. Holds a lot of water very well. Its smoother than the baohong.
Wait. You've onlt just discovered the Baohong watercolor paper?!?! Well.....better late than never! I would exclusively use the Artist's range if they were sold in full size sheets. I am a giant painter, lol, so the smallest size for any of my finished pieces is around 12 X 16 inches. Their Academy line comes in full size sheets, but not their Artist's line. So Arches it still is for the full size sheets.
Love your art and music!
Gosh, what a gift!!!! Just drop my jaw wonderful.
Thank you!!
Such an amount of detail on such a small surface, amazing! Really like how the structure of the paper enhances the foreground and helps with busyness.
Glad you liked it!
You are inspiring! Please keep doing what you do thank you!
