    What a fun project to do with your daughter. The yarn colors are beautiful. I can’t wait to see what crochet project you will do with your hand dyed yarn. I just subscribed to your channel. 🌦☀️🌤

    Fantastic! I’ll be interested in seeing how well they retain the colors! I haven’t had much luck with cotton 😂😂 kool aide may not work on the cotton because of the citric acid in it but it dyes wool wonderfully!

      Thanks!! Tshirts are Cotton and this is for T-shirts, so I’m sure it will be ok, we’ll see!... I saw on a video that Koolaid doesn’t work well on Cotton.

      I saw the video after I bought a bunch of Koolaid of course. Now I need to get wool. 🤓🤣

    Did you wrap the yarn in plastic? You're supposed to do that after you dye it.

    Has anyone tried this on acrylic? is it even possible (only because that's all I have in the house, lol.)

    • @CrojoCorner
      @CrojoCorner  Рік тому +1

      It doesn’t work on acrylic. It will just wash out because it isn’t porous.
