Maraming Salamat GM Felix for bringing the styles of your Maestros out to the world to see. Wonderful to see the styles from Negros Occidental getting some spot light.
We're glad to shed some light on the styles from Bacolod. The only person we've met and interviewed from the area is GTS Leo Gaje of PTK and GM Mike Vasquez of Modified Karate and Tapado. But there's so much more to be discovered in that region.
Another good interview introducing the styles from a different part of the Philippines. Looking forward to seeing more from Negros Occidental.
Glad you enjoyed it! We have a line up of instructors to close out the month of December. This month will be dedicated to the styles of Negros Occidental.
Lots of Respect
Always respect who puts themselves out there.
Thank sir 🙏
No problem.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge.🤙
Wish we had more time to learn more about the other styles GM Felix incorporated into his system.
the longer stick is interesting, hopefully there's two-handed technique too.
and perhaps you can introduce the culture of negros occidental more, like the differences from other regions in philippines etc
From what GM Guinabo told us, there's two systems in Bacolod that uses the two handed approach. Tapado and Oido Backhand. We were only there for a week, but we definitely need to dive deeper into the culture of the region.
@@FMAPulse yes, please. the culture may give the pictures of how the martial system is made, like the north-south kungfu, okinawa-mainland karate, and so on.
Are the sticks for sale?
Yes, you can contact GM Felix through his Facebook account. He makes them per order, both rattan and the coffee wood sticks.
@@FMAPulse , sorry but I don't have FB
