Good interview, so true about branding yourself. People connect with people and want to be part of what you offer, attitude, positivity, life style. Randall is right about the suppliers. When talking suppliers make sure you're the boss and not the supplier. Get everything written down in front of the owner, signed by the owner. Example: tearaway tags. If they promised to remove over 200 tearaway tags, you paid for it, they don't do it and give you another fucking excuse. Don't tell them to fuck off but embarrass the company by explaining to them you have this "required needs" all in email, this is what is promise and it wasn't met. Literally have to do your own case when dealing with suppliers. If you have to even record them on video. Then do it. Expose them later if they're lying bullshitters especially when paying 1000s of dollars.
