Dear Skool: Until students are able to level up according to their competency on Skool (not just their ability to talk and share notes during class) until the course creators can choose to level up the student when they have proven competency, the level ups don't have any real life value (like a traditional uni degree). If you add this option (which looks relatively easy - like course creators can flip a switch between their course being a "chat = level up" model vs a "tests = level up" model (the traditional education system model) then skool is suddenly a place where people can go to hire the best talent... eg. oh this guy is certified level 6 in this prestigious crypto trading course, let's get gim on our team". It becomes a talent filter system with valueable certificates. Alex and Sam both know how important it is for companies to be able to find real talent. Skool could be that. Skool will explode when this feature is added. You will probably create enemies in the traditional education systems too - they have power because companies still hire degree holders from harvard. Without this feature, I think the ship will sink. I like you guys a lot. But I'm waiting for a platform that allows me to create my own curriculum, assignments and I choose "pass or fail" (or level up) according to competency in a thing. The other hugely valuable addition would be to incentivize people to actually teach and help others. like if you are at level 5, wanting to get to level 6, you must show how you helped 3 people from level 4. That could be grading them, or showing them how to do stuff. This would make skool even better than the traditional education system because it empowers everyone who has learned something, to immediately teach it. Most important is the option to choose who graduates to the next level. Can you guys please consider adding that feature? One little feature. A cherry. The sweetest cherry. The explosive cherry...

Hi Evelyn, I commented on your previous video with Leila and I had yet to watch this till the end. As I said, really good interviews and approaches.
I’m currently a business owner on sirop and liquor for cocktails in Cameroon, and I planned on stopping the 31 january 2025 if I didn't hit my goal. Always thought my next move would be online service (support adhd students) but never sa how skool could help me acquire more clients.
Your channel just answered this lingering question.

I participated in the skool games in February and came second so I met Alex at the one day event in Vegas. I mentioned to David Ondrej that Leila would be my dream guest and he mobilized the skool community and Andrew Kirby to reach out to Leila and she said yes 🥰 when I was there to interview her Alex offered that I can also Interview him after. Forever grateful for their kindness and support 🩷

Hi Evelyn, only clicked coz of Alex. My only feedback is don't do "hmm" or "yeah" or any filler words in between when the guest is talking it's distracting and irritating , just nod silently or wait for them to finish.
