hey mate - just from this short clip looks like you choke up on your forehand after contact (it needs be relaxed and allowed to whip through). I went back to your older videos and your forehand in ep 8 looks way smoother (a better foundation to build on). Good luck with the training and journey!
Yeah you're right. I just went back to look as well and there's definitely a difference. I'm a little bit tighter on my stroke when it's coming in with more power. I have to figure out a way to go back to what I was doing before and relax my stroke. And as you said build on that. Thanks for the comment.
