It must have been so difficult for his family back then. People still were very intolerant and I know from my parents generation, how they spoke of Asians. When I was little, I wasn't allowed to play with kids from other countries. And a child doesn't even notice any differences between people, until grown ups tell them....

In school year 3, I had that horrible teacher Frau Wendorff, who was a still beating us. We had a girl in class, Khadischa, she was the only black girl in our school and Miss Wendorff was beating her every day. One day, she beat me, and Khadischa lost it, attacked her, protected me. We met again, when I was about 12 and Khadischa told me, Miss Wendorff is in a mental hospital now. 😂 And btw, that night Khadischa protected me AGAIN, of a creepy bodybuilder.
She was special and strong, always protected the weaker ones, no matter how rough things were for her herself.
Very few kids even spoke to her, when she was in my class and Miss Wendorff always made her sit alone. Those really were horrible times and I always felt so sorry for her....
I know what you mean .its good you had a friend like that ,they are rare.🙏i especially understand the part about the very young see every one equal untill some adult puts predgadice into thiere mind ,a strong child will reject such ideas no matter what thiere parrents might say .

Ive been on this earth for 68 yrs.ive done a lot ,seen a lot worn maney hats .but ive never seen a man as good as Shi Heng Yi. At 40yrs old ,he has the wisdom of someone twice his age ,and you all would be wise to learn something from it . And do the practice till it hurts then go more ,thats when you will grow as a human and get the self respect you never knew was possable .good luck.🙏

Practicing these teachings and others from materials like the Vedas and Bhagavad Gita, it has many benefits. One was creating a space between my mind, body and me. A space that can be used in so many ways especially when dealing with tense or emotional situations/decision making. Also I was a severe asthmatic and had severe allergies to most everyday things like grass, dust and most animals but through the process of practicing these teachings, it did something to my body and I no longer have allergies and I am rid of asthma (I had these for 23 years since birth). I can’t explain the impact it had on my perspective. I can breathe now, just like everybody else. I don’t have to deal with allergic reactions even down to the small stuff like itchy eyes and stuffy nose. It changed my life and I will forever be grateful and a student to these teachings. ❤ Thank you and all those who do what you do sir.

I appreciate the fact that Master Shi Heng Yi states that this path is not a direct line. That there will be highs and lows, successes and failures. Please can you ask him why monks cut their hair? I have afro hair and im fascinated by it id like to never cut it but ive always wondered why some elders and monks shave their heads interrupting the human bodies' natural hair growth
Listening to him has been an eye-opener for me and a new way of living my life mow.
This Master has lived in the inside than the outside, and he has no responses for those rooted in capitalism. He can't relate. He can only share his experiences based on life lived in the temple.

There is something that caught my attention and an experience that I'd like to share. Or maybe a question that I'd ask: over the last 6 years I have been going through a process of transformation, mostly mental work, spiritual and emotional improvements, expanding consciousness etc. Also some physical training (yoga, chi-kung) but not that much. Over this course of time, I started looking younger and better. Li looked as if I lost a lot of weight to the point that people started asking me if I was ok. I'm feeling great, but the strange thing is: my weight didn't change at all! I still weight the same. But the body looks different, much slimmer, also I wear different size of clothes. Could it be that the without any special intention of awareness, the bones got denser and more heavy while the body was slimming down? That would explain a lot, because I really don't know how to explain what happened. Greetings to You. B
A true master of our time. Got to know him back in 2019 right b4 lockdown. I was sad that I could not afford to travel and search to find a master. Then I found him and all through the lock down I listened to him. He gave me an understanding of what ChiQong is. Truly grateful to him. I wish I could be his student.

It would be amazing to watch Master Shi Heng Yi interview Dr. Jordan Peterson with a focus regarding the Alliance of Responsible Citizenry. It would be an interesting dynamic of East meets West with Master Shi holding the reigns. As an individual Dr. Peterson has changed from 2016 until now which demonstrates Master Shi's notion of how the individual changes but for us to focus on the message they are sending. Does the message still have resonance with who we are as individuals.

Cells use light inside of us to communicate.
Thats why it's important to get as much Sun light as possible during day.
It is all stored eminternaly.
There is full scientific documentary on this topic explaining how It all works and is measured.
We are all creatures of light, at least the higher level folk that know.
