  • The 4th and final gentle yoga flow of the series! This yoga flow follows a similar structure to the rest in the body, release tension in the entire body, with the addition of some strengthening exercises to make sure that we're strong in our full range, preventing any injuries.
    Please modify how you feel your body needs to today, whether that's deepening the poses or if at any time the stretch feels too much, ease out of it and come to a more comfortable pose.

    I am nowhere near capable of doing everything you did, but I did more than i ever did going to yoga with my friend before because im so awkward and embarassed in there with other people but home i can do better so thank you for this!
