@@TheJacksnipe It is actually more powerful than a 600 lens. I can get video up to 64X and at 4K it is impressive. I will have some fantastic videos of Bobcats and Wolves in the future. Thanks Again
Thanks for your input. I cut just over half of the bath because the Woodcock had no problem just sitting still in the water. I will try and cut back my future videos even more. Thanks Again
Please don’t cut it down! We need to be patient and observe wildlife, so that we can see interesting things - plus, it’s meditative and stress-relieving. I’d love a much longer video.
Everything about this bird's behavior is cute.
I am now officially obsessed with woodcocks. They are so round and cute! And they sure know how to bust a dance move or two.
It struts slowly across the road but can run very quickly from one pond to another! What a chill bird. We humans could learn a lot from it.
I love how at the beginning the mama woodcock is military-still, not... moving... one... muscle... but the baby gives up and sits down. 🤣
That's the most precious bird.
You can"t get enough watching these nice birds. Thank you for the pictures.
You are right. Just watching them is real entertainment for me. Thanks for your comment.
It's like watching a feathered leaf take a bath. Simply adorable.
deeply satisfying and enjoyable... the more so for the exclusion of music.
Wow I truly love this beautiful beautiful beautiful Bird 🐦❤
Beautiful footage 🎉😂❤
it looks like they are enjoying the bath :) very cute
I love these birds!
My fav bird ever, in history.
Delightful video of my favorite bird.
Thanks for your thoughts. I really enjoy seeing them and they are very unique characters.
Cute bird 😍💕
This bird always seem to notice the camera no matter how far
Yes, and usually they are calm birds to watch. Thanks for your comment - Todd
They can see almost a full 360 degrees with those high set eyes.
Hunting of these magnificent and intertaning birds MUST be banded.
This is so satisfying to watch! He (she?) does such a thorough job of washing the feathers!

Thanks for having the patience to film them. Mind you its a woodcock chicken, not a baby.
Its like a kiwi
Look like a kiwi bird
Long bill to find earthworms that is why they walk with a hesitation looking for worms like a American robin
Such funny little creatures!!!! Incredibly cute and also so odd. Revelation 4:11

😁😍❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰
Brillant footage! What camera did you use (with or without auto focus)?
Hi Jacksnipe, I used a Canon SX740 HS with Auto Focus. Watching them do things in their natural world is always a rush for me.
@@allnatureallthetime1290 Thank you! I really expected an expensive 600er lens or so. Unbelievable!

😂😂😂
rotund creature takes a bath?!?!!!
Very nice video. I think it would be much better if edited down to 4 minutes. Otherwise wonderful.

@@allnatureallthetime1290 In my opinion the video could have been even longer!
