This is the easiest set up, easiest use circle jig I’ve seen yet. It’s also lighter and less bulky! I’ve watched hundreds of circle jig videos both premade and homemade. This looks awesome, already ordered one.

Nice simple design that does exactly the same job as the most elaborate jigs out there.
    Congrats mate 👍🏽

I purchased your simple circle cutter jig a few days ago. I have had your complete ripper system since introduction. My band saw is a 17 inch General International. I have two problems in terms of mounting your system. The first is that the aluminum slider track is too large for the track on my machine. I presume that you have a narrower slider that will fit the track on my machine. The table on my saw is wide and deep. This creates another problem in that the stop block on the upper left hand side of the jig is not deep enough to allow me to move the jig to the blade. I see work arounds with that. I will only use one screw and slid the stop block further back or cut the stop block track longer. The piece of equipment is a beauty and like its peers I am certain that it will last for decades. It comes with two pins and is very robust.

    Cool idea.
    Few questions:
What is it made of? Polyethylene? How thick is the base material? Are there replacement pins that can be ordered?

      Thanks!
Its made from 3/8" HDPE with a textured finish on top(to make wood slide extra easy).
It will come with 2 pins and collars in the box but more will able to be ordered.

How would you finely adjust the size of the circle that you're cutting? It seems the pre-set hole locations for the pivot pin all but forces you to cut circles in full inch increments. I'm sure you could adjust the 'starting point' (where the blade cuts into the jig) and make it work for virtually any size between 3" and 25", but the leading edge of the jig would quickly get chewed up if you cut lots of different sized circles.

You could make your own jig very simple. All you need is some scrap wood and about 30 minutes. This was invented in 2016 ua-cam.com/video/7ZWn7gvlW1s/v-deo.html

Aren't you using Diameter instead of radius?

Cool concept but the fact that it's kinda hard for you to have to look under the piece you are trying to cut to match up the whole is kind of not great

The video was one of my first times really using it lol. What I have found after using it more is with the machined alignment lines you can set the reverse side of the pin in and slide it all the way to the collar hole. Much easier to find the hole this way.
Hard to explain but I will show in a future video!

I believe all the measurements are wrong. It's the radius that's 16 inches, NOT the diameter! So, using your jig should give you a maximum cut of 53 inch diameter! NOT 25 inch!
