The second guy has a ton of doubt about his craftsman work...
Reminds me of one of my coworkers. Sheesh
Those are the types that aim for perfection. Nothing wrong with it.
He lost one of the other episodes he was in because of that and he has feared it since
@@MartyrLoserKing There's aiming for perfection, and then there's simply having no confidence in yourself or anything you produce. The former is admirable, and with the right mindset can take you to ever greater heights. The latter is the mindset of someone who will never improve, who will hold themselves back by firmly believing they can't do something right, and through that belief make it true.
@@asmcint For some people aiming for perfection and achieving it is easy. For others though they aimed for perfection and have been told by various people that they clearly werent trying or in his case failed. Hes probably aiming for perfection but past experiences have told him that he cant get there
But will it .... keel?
But overall...it will keel
but will it peel?
I hate you I wanted to say it 😂😂😂😂😂
No it will keeeeeeeel
It will kneel
Cmon
"ALRIGHT FINE I WILL BRAKE IT" bruh.
Well this test actually does less damage to edge than a copper rod chop test because of larger contacting area smaller pressure, but the slow mo is just so scary.
1:20 when I’m trying to look at someone through the stall crack in the bathroom
F.B.I. Lmao 🤣
"I could take down a tree with this easy". Yeah alright mate, I'd like to see that.
Maybe he was talking about a bonsai tree😂😂
He was more or less saying he agrees with the first guy when he mentioned the blade reminds him more of a axe then a sword
If you use a hammer with ist that might work😅
Bushcrafters do it, I don't see why he couldn't.
I see the confusion, he's talking about small trees used for making fire wood. He's not talking about an oak tree.
1:41
Alright your ready
Christoph: *break that puppy*
I DONT WANNA BREAK IT
I like Matthew’s blade because when he develop crack the heat treat on his blade has success
I cringe everytime he runs his finger down the blade.
YES
Eh there gunna be gone b4 rust sets in.
Yup
If you sharpen knives you lose your fear of cutting yourself. You also learn how to be careful when doing things that can cut yourself. Running your finger down the blade isn't very dangerous unless you make it dangerous.
Wyatt Johnson I was looking for this comment
I love forged in fire !!! 🗡🗡🗡 its awesome! 🤓
*BrEaK ThAt PuPpY*
I really want that to be a meme
IT WILL KEEL!
if you're here for the keel test you can move on before you get disappointed folks , no creepy face on this one
@robinhood123454140, we just liked the old keel tests. You had nearly the same reply to the top comment too lol. It's not that serious, man.
Why not do the shapness test before strenght?
Because meriacans count month day year
All knifes are sharp on the first use. It would be no fun.
Because, as explained, the sharpness test is to see how well the blade keeps an edge.
NomeDelCanale yet you’re here watching our stuff
@@gooniescott9394 shut up stupid
Who else think that the strength test must be the last test before killing and sharpness test? Strength test is basically chipping the weapon where the other test may be affected by that
Dio Brando they do the strength test first to see how well the blade holds up after taking a beating. It would be significantly harder to get a winner if the sharpness test was before the strength test and everyone got similar results.
Is it just me or does wade look like the guy that played the police women’s second in command Miguel in money heist
He cut the conveyer belt differently for guy 2 & 3
I love Seax!
that was not a threat hahaha
I like Matthews hat
Each and every knife looked mean by it's own way.
Christoff looks like michael rosen
Alright.. we have a forged in fire champion in second round itself
Who comes up with these tests? Twiddle Dee and Twiddle Dum
People who know way more about blades than you...
You only think you're an expert because of the Dunning-Kruger effect
About to test, omg lemme guess, you are feeling “nervous”
Christoff looks like the guy that says nice
Don't miss our exciting next episode where we will dig a hole with a shovel.
3:52 song ?
hit bad, blame knife
But more importantly sir.. Will it keel?
This mans voice same is in payday 2 heists and stuff loool
These durability tests need control. The guy’s edge alignment will be more controlling than steel quality or geometry
I wish they would do the cut test first because it seems kind of unfair to put a blade through a lot of torture because if there is one flaw and there isn’t an edge than obviously it won’t cut. Kind of like Kristof
It depends on the blade/weapon they test. A few times they do the cut test 1st (I think one of it was a Japanese style sword/knife in season 5). Otherwise, it only makes sense to do the durability test, since that would test their heat treatment skills and edge geometry. A good blade would survive with no damage and still cut good in the cutting test.
Anyway, doing the strangth/durability test 1st means they can compare bad blades with each other. You can get a damaged blade but can still cut perfectly, or you can get a damaged blade that can't cut as good or not cut at all.
I’ve had girlfriends with sharper blades as nails!
Lol
Chrisroph looks a little like Michel Rosen
*Can it .....KeEl?*
Does Christoph remind any of you guys of Rick from 'Rick and Morty'??
"I just wish it had more of an edge" THATS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU SMASH A BLADE AGAINST SLATE YOU MUPPET!!
The first blade went through the same punishment and sliced through the belt just fine.
Michael West exactly
Duhh!!! That's the whole point of the test. To see if you heat treated the blade properly, and kept a sharp edge afterwards. There's no sense in testing for sharpness first, then strength. Muppet!!?? Think more before posting uneducated, ridiculously moronic comments.
REMEMBER THE GOOD OLE DAYS WHEN HISTORY WAS ON HISTORY CHANNEL???
But will it keel?
It's just not cutting it. Get it
This was so unfair for guy 2 & 3
Could kill any zombie
Gtfo
papajon. png
No
😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎
Any one else expect wade to go on a long rant about Vietnam.
what saught of knife were they using?
Mathew looks like dead pools friend I dont know his name
What the heck no results? Who went home? Who edited this?
Oh yeah yeah
Hi
Who got kicked?
what. he cut twice along different lengths across the conveyor belt. what.
Don't be shy; who went home?
break that puppy 🤔🤔🤔
how did i get here and why
That knife is just not going to make the cut...
Egging on a judge to "break it" in a, strength test isn't too smart.
Fukinawa knife vs The Maclachlan hammer
Why there is an old guy hanging around knives 😂
this guy is sliding his thumb over the edge..
he has titanium fingers or smth?
i guess so
😂
Why does handle size matter? Literally everyone complains cause why?? Different size hands like wtf 😂
Actually it matters because they need to be able to feel in what direction the edge is facing. Some handles just roll in a weilders hands.
Why do they do the strength test first and not last.
Ok
I liked Christoph. Too bad he didn't go to the final round. Wade just irritates me with his comments throughout the episode.
We want Jay neelson back.
Mathew makes the weirdest faces
Dude rolled his hand after slicing the belt on the first belt due to the weapons handle..then proceeds to not be able to with the other 2 following...Coincidence that it was his hand that got rolled and then the other 2 were less effective?
Don’t get y they do strength before the sharpness cuz wouldent it lost some edge or even break before you could get to see
Landon Bragg that’s the point. If they did the sharpness test first I wouldn’t count for anything because all the blades would pass. The strength test show if the blade can still keep it’s edge for the sharpness test
Why don’t they do the sharp test first then the brutal test?
Bring drew back
Drew sound like he's pinching his nose when he talks lmao
I love when they blame the blade instead of their own human error. Too many times, ol mustache man blames "the handle rolled in my hand" or "I had to compensate for the weight and missed" on errors that when in slow motion, are just him missing.
These guys were complaining about using a coal forge. If you can’t make a knife with a coal forge, you’re not an expert blade smith.
Christoph is cool but he didn't mde it..
Surprisingly enough he's actually an ABS Mastersmith.
It will KEEL
To the dude who did the sharpness test on the last 2 knives he did horrible swinging bad form
Was one of the judges actually a contestant in the earlier seasons of the show or am I tripping?
Yes, he won and then was invited to do another episode with 3 other champions. He proceeded to win that as well
disliked, there was no "It will keel"
This program is so stupid you’d never use a tool like this
L E E K
why is it always the 1st guy wins in this show....??
paod actors or what
GAMING AND TECH no I’ve known three guys that have been on the show
He looks like Logan paul
Wade is a weirdo
So we got Seth Rogan/Justin Roiland
Michael Rosen
And Logan Paul
So, these guys sweat for hours forging a blade, then a wankstain comes along and and wrecks the edge with a hammer?
w1gg5 you get 10k if you win
Those guys must have leather fingers cuz if you can run your finger along a blade and not cut yourself, you aren’t normal. Or the blades are not sharp
Sometimes the blades simply aren't sharp enough.
This show is full of human errors
No it will keel? I dont care about it
Logang Paul 2:40
The blonde guy is discounted Justin Bieber 😝
900th view, 100th like and 8th comment
The 'Keel' test is very stupid😂 obviously all the weapons in this series will kill (i mean duh, even a pencil can 'Keel'). All thing that's made of metal and very sharp can 'keel'😂
Its a catchphrase bruh and u just laid to its trap. Im pretty sure more than half of the people watching or clicked on this vid (including me) wanted to see that creepy guy smiling saying it will *KEEL*.
I have only ever seen one weapon fail the kill test. It was a lion killing spear or something like that and the shaft snapped so it couldn't deliver a slashing blow
Dumbest test ever, not realistic at all like the strength test
Its supposed to be like that so they get maximum out of the blades durability
All of these seem so scripted
That is what editing will do
