  • My interpretation of Malta's national dish - Stuffat tal-Fenek, rabbit stew. Everyone I know in Malta has their own recipe, and it's so famous that even Air Malta published a version on their website. Like most of my stewing recipes, I skipped the wet marination in favour of better browning during cooking to maximise flavours. However, I tried to reincorporate the ingredients of the marination during the slow cooking process.

    I'm having a great time going through this catalog of previous videos n shorts!!... then I look forward to all of the new ones' food n fun.... wow,!! the dumplings video was incredible n I'm watching it multiple times.... I'm writing to you on my thoughts n just can't help or stop myself my friends have call it 'book writing' rarely shortened I suppose you can see this though!?.!?.!?. ❤️🥣❤️
