Hey Caleb yes concrete will slow cure when the temp drops but I’ve big concrete companies pour slabs in the winter they add something to the mix and after the concrete is alll finished out they would throw these “ blankets “ that were just two tarps sewn together with a air barrier between them , it seemed good because they would work all winter, might be something to look into so you don’t trash a pour
