Cu voia lui Dumnezeu mi a dat si mie o mangaiere.

Can anyone recommend me books or videos on how to cry? (I know it's silly but help out a brother who's dead inside🙂)
Hi, I can recommend a few.
Monastic wisdom and My Elder Joseph by Elder Ephraim of Arizona, Elder Arsenios the cave dweller and Noetic Prayer (Elder Haralambos). I am recommending these because of the amazing stories about tears but please take it with a grain of salt, as some stories can be hard to understand as they lived strict ascetic lives. 😊

I have found doing bows in front of icons and thanking God for all his blessings to me for half an hour will bring on tears, near the end.
