Been vegan for nearly 8 years and my only regret is not going vegan sooner. Mya, you’re amazing for spreading this lifestyle with your audience. This is what we need more of. We need to take back control over our health and lives.

I've been vegetarian for years but just recently let the dairy go. I have wanted to try raw for a few days soI might try the next challenge because I hear it's very rewarding. You are an amazing woman because you are helping people become better and plants definitely improve your life in more ways than one. 💗💗💗💗😊

I’m inspired. Everything looked so good! I’m being meat reductive and trying to get to no meat at all. The Vegan lifestyle overall does scare me honestly after living with a few; The food is the EASY part-it’s the consciousness of their makeup, body wash, clothing, etc that seems so overwhelming!
