vikings ended the day ragnar died... a master who controlled the entire show single handedly

It's weird though since the show was still really good at the end of 4B imo, so there were a few episodes without Ragnar and it was just as good. But season 5 just doesn't hold up. I'm literally at a loss for words to describe how it's different but it just isn't as good. The main reason it annoys me is because for the rest of 4B without Ragnar I really enjoyed the show and I was convinced it would last without him but the first season to begin without him and *BLAM* somehow it's just not as good.
Wow, I thought I was the only one, ragnar was the only one that kept me intrested.

Samir J tbh, Vikings was an S Tier show imo.
For me, it can proudly stand next to great shows like GOT. The practical effects were amazing, writing was good, the characters and their development was incredible and the actors as well.
And on top of that, the last season wasn't complete garbage, unlike GOt

Although, I prefer Ragnar story. I have to say the actors do a really good job of playing his sons when it comes to mannerisms that Ragnar had in specific parts of his life.

The last 2 season will a massive let down. It had so much potential as well as a amazing cast. Instead the show focused on revenge , Flokis story was nonsense.
@@TheDJGrandPa Yep. Although the writing suffered throughout the last seasons, the acting was always on point, especially when it comes to Ragnar and his sons.
I think what i disliked the Most IS the second half of season 5 because they wanted Ivar so desperatly to be a villain it was Just so Out of Pocket That He got That god complex they redemmed him in season 6 but yeah i was really disapointed in the writing
It took me 3 days to finish first 4 seasons in this qurantine....

Ragnar is one of the best characters of all tv shows of all time. It annoys me that Vikings and Travis Fimmel didn’t get enough or any credit.
Travis fimmel made vikings 1 of the best TV series that i have ever seen and so did the guy who played bjorn i can't remember his name because of memory loss problems but I have an vikings addict who had a problem with it my problem was that they stopped filming it and left us with a bit of a habit because we couldn't get any more of it, it's a shame that all the best carictors had to die.
