Don't worry guys I know an engineer friend who was unable to explain me this. As I was very intrigued with the working of ACs I started the journey to find the principle behind this. At first I couldn't understand this video 2 years ago but now after a lot pf reading and doubt clearing I come back to this video. Now this feels like such a simple process.
Thanks to all the great scientists who worked on the principles of thermodynamics, pressure, temperature, and vapour relationship.
Grateful to Charles, Boyles, Pascals, Joules, Thomson and many more great scientists who worked hard so we can live a great life
There are so many channels which describes how AC works but definitely this is the best presentation i ve ever seen 👍. YOU Got new SUBSCRIBER n like too.
True ❤️ Highly greatful 🙏
Not getting language
Plese bring video in hindi
🆘😭
👍😂❤️🆘🐖🐷
As a Mechanical Engineering student with interest to specialize in HVAC system, i have watched numerous videos on the basic principle and function of the refrigeration components and not much was clear to me until i came across this enlightening video. It open up my mind and gave me a very good view and understanding on how HVAC components work and I can now confidently say know what it is all about. Thank you to everyone that made it possible for this video to be made and also keep up the great job!!
A lot of people underestimate the power and knowledge of the internet / UA-cam holds. I’m a mechanical engineer and started my apprenticeship when I was 16 and finished when I was 19 I am now 23 and work at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium. I will always look at myself as an apprentice so I never stop learning ! I say keep watching videos and read and get involved it’s an amazing transition:)
Amazing! I'm fresher right now ..just started to learn about hvac and would like work in this field ..so guys please give me some suggestions it will help me alot ..I mean to say some notes and PDFs and book suggestions...I'm 24 now ,I have completed Diploma in mechanical engineering in 2019..
Please share your mail or Instagram ID or any contacting way ❤..
Thank you have a good day 🎉
I wanna thank you for this spotless explanation. I'm a teacher and what SO MANY OTHER VIDEOS DO that gets me extremely frustrated is they don't go into ENOUGH detail - but this video, however, provides ADEQUATE detail. Imagine asking someone 'why?', or, 'how?', and then having them just stay silent. That's what the other videos do. Not this one. This video FINALLY helped me actually GRASP the concept instead of leaving depth to be desired. 10/10 explanation, and you've earned a loyal subscriber! Cheers! 🎉

The greatest explain about how Air Conditioner works. Thanks.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! You addressed and shown the scroll compressor! I learned at a young age that I am NOT an educator. It can be hard for me to word matters accordingly. I love this video on all counts. Excellent description combined with very clear visuals make this explanation absolutely perfect to direct others towards.
This is an A.I. version of copy-paste. Notice how it mispronounces "wind"😂
I’m currently in HVAC school and I can’t thank you enough for this video
This video is brilliant, everything showed in the easiest way. Thanks!
Dear, you deserve alot of appreciation for you great effort to make this animated video for understanding us the science behind working of AC

Have you seen: m.ua-cam.com/video/i5pGeI2uvbk/v-deo.html
2 chapters of thermodynamics were explained very well here, and with live example too!
The Best Explanation! I'm feeling relieved, you solved all my confusion about the Air conditioner working.
Great animation for explanation. I can watch this over and over.
Amazing!! This video is so well made and easy to understand that it deserves a standing applause. 👏🏻
Sure, if you like listening to Teddy Ruxpin. Standing applause? Are you 14 years old?
The robot voice doing the translating misspeaks a lot of words.
hope everyone want to cool a room with icecube box with a fan now understand how AC works
This is an A.I. version of copy-paste. Notice how it mispronounces "wind"😂

Intresting and informative.
Do more, daily used machines-related videos.
Perfect graphics and explanation. Unfortunately there are lots of people who still believe an ac sucks in air from the outside, cools it and releases it in the room and throws out hot air!
This is the best visual explanation of AC ever! A+
Literally mind blowing.. Each and Every point that you explained with the help of video was crystal and clear.. Thank you and make more video for us..
You need to make these videos about everything. Not really interested in the military stuff but you have alot of talent.
great education as always. thank you
Good job, very well explained. thanks
fantastic clarity and very well explained. please keep it up!!
Love this channel. Everything is so well explained.
Just loved the video! Everything was to the point, you nailed it.

It was very helpful, easy to understand and a very detailed explanation
this is it. i finally found it. two thumbs up! great work!
I recently attended a basic introduction class about air conditioning but the notes given didn't make sense as much as this video does. Thank you so much for this video!
This video was more than amazing 😃. Thanx alot for such tremendous effort 😊🙏
This video is even better than the ones that teaching you to be a refregerant operator!
Excellent illustration. Thanks a lot
Very well explained. Nailed it!
This video is perfect for Air Cooler Demonstration but also thermodynamics. Now I fully understood after watching this video. Its all about passing the hot liquid in the Evaporator then its cooled down by injecting spray and then again its goes to the Condenser.
Simple and easy to understand how Air conditioner works .
Thank you

What an amazing explanation!
Very professional work, Thanks my friend ❤️❤️👌👌
Awesome info great work done
I've read a science article where they explained how they found a new "loophole" in quantum mechanics which could potentially change the air conditioners dramatically, where you could lower the temperature the similar way as you can rise it. You know, like in the hair dryer, it is super easy to make it hot but you cannot create similar blower which could make the air go cold, yet with that new discovery it could be possible in the future. So basically you would not need to take a hot air from the room and transport it outside, you could simply lower the temperature of the device itself just like you make it go hotter.
Uhm, modern ac’s do not transport air anywhere outside the room
@@Shy_guy9795
Well, i meant the temperature. Modern AC's needs two devices and tubes between them. One device is outside and another inside to transport the heat from inside to outside but in that science article, it was said that according to some quantum mechanics properties, you could run temperature not just from cold to hot like in hair blower or stove but the other way around, from hot to cold without breaking the laws of thermodynamics.
@@nikokapanen82 it sounds like you're talking about a thermoelectric or Peltier device. the problem with those is they are inefficient and consume far too much power
unless there is some liquid nitrogen invloved in your loophole, it's physically impossible
@@shadowxxe 👍

Best first real video on UA-cam
First, This vid mentions evaporation a lot!. There's a big difference between evap cooling and refrigerant cooling. An example of evap cooling, is what's called a "swamp fan" and sweating. It uses water to absorb heat and carry it away as it evaporates.. Evap cooling does not get as cold as refrigerant cooling systems.
I met an actual NASA chief engineer and we spent the evening talking physics. In chatting, we covered this subject, and he revealed the magic. I must say, his explanation was much easier and clear.
Basically, we should understand that energy, seeks balance. If a fully charged battery, is coupled with an uncharged battery, over time, they will both be at 50%. Energy will transfer from the higher side to the lower till there is balance.
Now, view heat as energy stored on an atom. Think of those atoms at 1.5V batteries. When you compress them, (forming a liquid) think of them lining up in series, multiplying the voltage. In terms of heat, the overall mass, gets hotter.
As it passes through vents, that concentrated energy, is transferred off, to the surrounding environment (through the conductive copper, to the air outside). The condensed liquid, though still a bit warm, collectively, has lost much of it's heat/energy. When you take that liquid and then disperse (diffuse) it back to a gas (decompress it), those individual atoms (batteries) are spread apart, and have dropped from 1.5V to 0.5V (figuratively) and are much colder. The cold gas, is then circulated through vents in an area (the home or refrigerator) ) where the higher energy (heat in the home or refrigerator) is transferred into them (bringing them back to 1.5V).. The gas returns to the compressor, and the cycle repeats.
When This makes sense, then it's easy to understand, that heat/higher energy, always travels to cold/lower energy areas, to create balance. However, this should not be confused with how cold air, rushes into warm areas. That's a result of air pressure, since cold air is denser than hot air. (although, this is another form of energy balance).
The principles of heat loss, become more apparent when you visualize air, as layers of atoms. heat transferring from the source, traveling across the layers, in effort to bring them all to balance.. and why water, conduits even greater energy, and moving water, where the layers are constantly shedding and being replaced with new ones, conduit even greater amounts of heat from the source.
informative way.... of education Thank you......
Awesome explaination brooo....
