Love the idea of these views from the sky, in a slow motion. Cesar looks at the world from above, giving us a last and precious gift. Thanks to him, thanks to CC.
Man all of Mount Shrines works always leave me in awe, he had a way with sounds that make you feel things very few others can replicate. May he live on eternally through the amazing works he created
thank you!!! This calms extreme anxiety (misophonia) whenever you hear a noisy neighbor. Putting on your headphones is like entering another world where you feel safe in the rain.
R.I.P Cesar. Im so thankful that you worked with me and i did the last collab album with you under your Lindsheaven Virtual Plaza. Im forever thankful for that. He was a great mind, a great person and he will be always in my ❤. Thank you Cesar for everything
Let us all climb both mountains in order to reach the Lindsheaven Virtual Plaza together. Cesar knew how to impact people with such ambient tunes, I'm glad to have listened to the tracks he has made. We all miss you! ♥
His music helped me get through some of my lowest points in life. It felt like a part of me left with him when he passed. These tracks help fill that void. RIP, Caesar /:
Mount Shrine, Lindsheaven Virtual Plaza, among others... Cesar is so very missed, but his legacy lives on through his beautiful music. Thank you Cesar. Wish you were still here. ❤
A Slow Plane 3 hits me hard because it evokes departure of something, slowly drifting away to go to another place/dimension. This is so relatable to his death, feels like he departed from this world to another dimension. When I think about it, it saddens me more. RIP Cesar, I will always listen to your music from time to time because your music sounds different than others.
It is melancholily amazing for us to be gifted this album. It feels like clearing the room of dearly departed relative, being sure to have watched and listened to all that had come from them. Then, beneath a pile of old belongings in a drawer, a last handwritten paper is found with beautiful lines, verse or prose, expressing beauty that one can totally attest to have come from them. Rest in peace.
Just love and appreciate this beautiful music Cesar if you are watching and hearing from some place. It is go to selection for ambient deep chill and in terms of sheer class it stands out a mile. Bless you Mount Shrine for accompanying me at the computer on headphones.
In times where I've ever felt the need to force myself to calm down, putting on Mount Shrine's music has always helped me. He had such a charm in delivering a soothing feeling to the listener. I was devastated to hear of his passing back then but I'm glad he had some posthumous releases compiled and mastered. You guys at CryoChamber have done so much to honor his legacy, Thank You! Fascinating, Indeed. Also Very Relaxing Music. However, I was shocked when I first found out that the Mount Shrine Musician Caesar passed away, no offense, but that's was very sad, also very devastating for the Ambient & Dark Ambient Music Industries and Communities. Anyway, Rest in Peace Caesar of Mount Shrine and other projects, you will be missed. ❤
During all these years (since 2020 when thanks to the lockdown I discovered this fantastic channel), I hv been saving nearly all the mixes by Chryo + all the various artists. I think - in my modest opinion - this is one of the best mix by far listened to up to now. Absolutely STUNNING. "Eargasm" as I always say. Thanks 4 uploading it.
I play this in the background while I sleep/nap and I swear ever since I started using this my rest has been so peaceful. Much more than any other track I used before. Based on the comments I assume that the creator of these tracks has passed away? I am not familiar the Mount Hibiki project nor who made them. This randomly appeared on my feed and I decided to click. But whoever you are/were, thank you for making my sleep so calm.
On August 15th at 3:19pm my dog of 15 years died. Her name was Chica. Mount Shrines song Absent Sens pt. 1 reminds of the kindness and innocense she had. I'm a very dark person. Negative. And she was a light of purity and innocense absent in me. When she died, I saw purity and innocense die. Thank you Mount Shrine for creating such beautiful songs. Your music helps me heal in my times of sorrow.
Very tranquil, almost otherworldly. These sounds allow my mind to slip into another dimension, where sound explains everything to me, in it's gentle whispers.
The Good Lord in Heaven made a special place for our friend Caesar. His music will bring great joy to Our Heavenly Hosts and to Our Mother Earth. As I watched and listened to his works, what we see on this video is Caesar looking down at us from the Heavens. Yes my Cryo friends and those who appreciate our special music genre, Caesar is resting in peace and smiling because - he managed to keep a song in our hearts. And we love it :)
Nossa, fico muito feliz de poder ouvir o trabalho do Cesar! Todas as músicas dele são incríveis, fazem parte da minha vida e de todos nós, que ele seja eternizado assim.
I didnt know Cesar, only his music. I feel sad every time when I listen to his music and Im thinking about what the world has lost with his death. He was my fav artist, and still he is.
I didn't know the impact this man had. I only knew La Brume Azur as a cool ambient album that I found in college a while back that then became a bit hard to find. Does anyone have any recommendations for more of Cesar's work or projects that were inspired by his work?
Oh man! Yeah absolutely! You honestly cant go wrong with ANY of his music, it’s just a matter of finding all his various aliases and projects. Here are the ones i know of and absolutely adore: Mount shrine (of course) for the melancholy, peaceful ambient. Check out albums like winter restlessness, ghosts on broken pavement and shortwave ruin. His collab album with alphaxone is great too (dream chambers) Then he has lots of little EP’s that Cryochamber compiled in an album called Lost Loops Collection. Check out the EP’s homeless rooms and southeast limits (both compiled in lost loops) Mount Hibiki: Cesar has lots of aliases and other projects and this is one of them. Cesar released three albums as Mt. Hibiki and this video here compiles them all together. Lindsheaven Virtual Plaza: i don’t know much about vaporwave, but cesar apparently had a big hand in leading the charge in this genre. The album NTSC memories took a couple listens for me to really enjoy, but its one of my all time favs now. Rainforest Hill Vol 1 and 2 is also a gem of an album. Kagutaba: downright JAMMIN electronic music. Idk how ud define the sub genre but my god. Cesar is a beast!! Its the self titled album and basically reminds me of PS2 racing music. It’s just so good. Yasu Ether: is another project of his. This one i dont have too much replays on, but know theres a couple gems in there. You can find it on his band camp. But when in doubt go to discogs and look up mount shrine (or cesar alexandre) and look at his profile. It’ll show you ALL of his projects. Happy digging!! I know you’ll find some great stuff!
