You only put 22 into the 23 on the monthly binder. Happy new years to you and your family

Praying we all have an amazing 2025!!! I love that you are posting more videos like you used to at the beginning when you started your UA-cam channel! I’m getting my whole life with all these videos you are posting so regularly.

Wow, you were able to set so much into debt/challenges, nice job!! Living in the snowbelt of Ohio, the lack of sunshine and warmth gets to me too. When I clean the snow off my car I sing a diddy "Why oh, Why oh, Why oh, did I ever move back to Ohio" ...I miss California 😂 😂

I like the monthly averages billing on utilities. Remember that what you do this year affects the end of the year (if you use more, you have to pay to make it up; if you use less, your last bill will be less!)
The electric company still sends a bill that shows usage so you will know if you’re ahead or behind, so you can save based on that. I like it because as a salaried person at my full-time job who gets paid biweekly, I put half of the cost into the utilities category every paycheck. The extra two paychecks stay in there as a buffer in case I need more at the end of the year. If not, I have extra money towards debt!

You might want to wait a year to establish your utility usage but I love having budget pay. I like to plan ahead for my budget and when I know exactly what my bills are going to be it is so much easier.

When I moved from Texas to Ohio I suffered from SAD because of lack of sun in Ohio! It will take time for you and the boys to adjust. Happy New Year🎉

I have the Equal Payment Plan for both my electric (a/c) and gas(heat) for about 12 years, I live in the desert southwest in a 2-story townhouse, with one a/c unit for my home. My monthly power bills could run $300+ from June to September or October, we had 120 temps this summer. On the other end, winters can get very cold, not as bad as the North, but in the 20’s. The equal payments have saved me and they adjust each year, depending on the usage I’ve had. This year, electric went down $29, gas $5 a month over last year, so we’ll see what 2025 brings, I’m waiting for the new billing. Sorry for the long winded explanation.

Happy new year. I finally caught up on your videos. I watched the last 9 months to find out what has happened since last time I watched. So many changes. I’m glad u are settled now with an office. Honestly the way you’re paying off debt is making me want to pay off mine faster. I’m trying to guess how much debt u have lol after watching all these videos. Either way you’re doing amazing. Love your channel.

If you did a 31 slot and a $4 bonus, it would save an even $500.

My Daughter is 9 yrs old and I'm wondering if taking her somewhere fun and having family time would be way more fun then spending money on presents, since her Father does that for her.. ❤❤ I'm curious of your thoughts on this? Luv your videos by the way ..
