I'm a white/Scottish girl whose married to a British born Pakistani man for 11 years. I love watching your family you guys are just like us ❤ I accepted Islam 7 years ago and I'm only now wearing hijab full time. Your a great example to women like me and you speak really well. Also you look stunning in hijab 😍
Islam saved me. When I met my husband I was a widow. I lost my first husband in a car accident when I was only 23 years old and even worse I had three small children aged 6, 3, 1 😢 I had no parents to rely on my father walked out when I was born I dont know him at all. My mother passed from breast cancer when she was only 41. Sadly that was two years before I lost my husband 😢
I was totally lost I made a big move from the highlands of Scotland to Manchester with my kids and my sister. I had to escape for me to stay strong mentally I couldn't stay where I'm reminded off the pain everyday. When I arrived here I was so drawn to muslims/Islam you dont see it at all where I'm from. I became friends with a man who is now my husband. He taught me so much about Islam we would talk for hours about Islam and our lives getting to know eachother and him getting to know the kids. We married 11 years ago and we also have three children together now so I have six children in total. 3 girls and 3 boys and I'm feeling blessed Masha'Allah. He is an amazing father he treats all the kids equally. We both get on well with eachothers families. We have our family holidays which we love my favourite place is always Dubai I watched your Dubai videos👌 Were moving into our new home that weve been renovating in a few weeks time. And my eldest child a daughter 22 has just graduated university and shes also engaged to be married to a lovely Muslim man of her choice (she is also white my eldest 3 children are white) but our full family practices Islam.
My life has totally flipped upside down I would never of guessed this would happen. But it was written it was always our fate to end up here. It's right what you said when you practice you reap the rewards ❤

Hi Emily. I don't normally comment on videos but it was lovely to hear another female convert/revert vocalising their experience for ALL Muslim women and everyone in general. I don't understand the need to be mean to people based on their appearance. I have been wearing a headscarf for 11 years now. And it does get easier and you can just ignore people's ignorance! But we shouldn't have to have it at the back of our minds constantly.

With all due respect it doesn't really matter that you mentioned that you're a white woman it matters that brown and black people go through what you went through all the time

Sadly, I bet this cabby wouldn't have had a problem with a lady wearing a bikini.
