I’m pretty it’s more effective against mini boss and boss dread due to its bonus damage against shields which dread have at all times
Subjugators have a permanent strand or stasis shield on them, so microcosm's perk is always active. Its not really the super damage bonus, but its the perma shield bonus doing the damage

It only juices Tormentors and Subjugator cause it does extra dmg to shields and they always have a shield.

Yea I really enjoy my double special build with microchasm the call and retraced path cenowarlock because the call has lead from gokd

Its not great for boss dps but it does about 3x damage to shielded enemies so for tormentors and subjugators which have invisible permanent shields it does ridiculous damage. Popping super will also make it do even more damage for 20 seconds. Makes the duel destiny mission a joke

I’m so glad I was able to get my friend this. She is new to the game. But microcosm is her go to weapon for dps. It’s just a lot easier than trying to teach her how to use bait and switch. I can just be like. 3 2 1 super. And heavy.
How to use b&s ? Lol shoot , swap shoot , swap dps
@@jeremyzawaski3113people still struggle with the rotation of weapons.. and she's a new light as well, so it's still a valid simplification to go to for dps for some..

the quest for the gun takes 30 minutes max.
It’s 3 campaign missions that you’ve already played just slightly harder. It’s really not that time consuming. Plus if you need help you can use the fireteam finder. There’s almost always someone trying to run it

I love this gun. My go to for boss damage unless I have to switch for particular damage setups
its really good the problem is that it doesn’t get increased damage with the surges in raids and dungeons

@@soldado23 with cenotaph mask and exotic trace rifle you can do massive damage. And thats without any extra steps like well or artifact

Was doing lfg dungeon runs last night just running microcosm and consitently hit the highest damage everytime, meanwhile the randos were doing silly damage rotations
