I think the gamers of humanity as a collective are once again approaching the "i am back into ACNH after x months/years" phase of life and I must admit I'm happy to be here. I cannot believe how long it's already been since that game came out, even though four years isn't a super long time

it's actually so crazy you say that because my younger sibling and I--who both got the game on launch day but fell out of touching it for the last 2 years--have been playing again several days within the last 2 weeks. It's actually been a lot of fun?? Suddenly, I'm motivated to redecorate my island and create new outfits and looks for the first time in years in ACNH!
i recently got back into it too so when i saw they posted this video i was like wow we really were on the same wavelength huh???

The dedication!!! This island is AMAZING! 🤩🤩🤩I like that you can see both of your styles as designers really come through in this island -- the plants, the aggression at the mismatched bricks 😂, the thousands of custom tiles, the string lights lol... Beautiful! Adore the city/country vibes! So much detail in your work, especially love the little separated districts and housing areas with personalized items and the millions of picnic areas 😂 You guys are so good at making things feel lived in, chaotic clutter that makes sense! Also, I made sure to check the comments and sure enough, both other s'mores have been taken sadly lol 🥲
I am soooooo happy I not the only one raging about the ACNH brick choices 💛 ... Like why is the path, town hall, bridge and stair brick swatches all different!!!! It took me forever to figure out a way to make it remotely cohesive (still not satisfied) ...
This video reminded me I had completely abandoned my animal crossing project. I was half way through remodeling my entire island and now I feel inspired to pick it back up and finally finish!
I'm totally down for more animal crossing content!!!

the whole island was super cute, but I knew y'all had it in SPADES with the interior design. I was not disappointed. the kitchen especially was EXCELLENT.
I literally spent so long terraforming a 3 tiered village area, redecorating all of my villagers houses and curating special yards for them, and it is genuinely one of my proudest accomplishments
