Okay 17:43 this is just some Real Life Advice: Do Not Put BBQs/Grills/Etc Against The Siding. The heat from the grill will melt plastic siding, cause a fire with wood siding, and scorch/crack stone/concrete/brick walls.

i was listening to this while doing my sims house interior and they literally reminded me not to forget the trash can in the kitchen😭
i have another idea for a colour challenge - for each room in a house, randomly select from colours you have never done for that specific room before, for example if youve never done a purple bathroom, or orange kitchen. the same could be done with aesthetics or packs but it could be really fun since youre trying something new!!!!

I'd love to see a challenge where you randomize a sim or a family of Sims then build a house based on them and their interests. Yall are great at making up stories for the Sims who may live in your build so I think you'd excel at this!
I discovered your channel not too long ago and I absolutely love your content! It's honestly a throwback to when I used to play computer games with my sisters and we'd all pull up a chair to the computer desk and take turns playing. Can't wait to see y'all build some more and see what LPs you do later! A 100 Baby Challenge or a Legacy challenge would be super fun to watch. :D

I have lore for this build in a whole story. Mia Annaliade was an aristocrat with a love for her family. She was married to Milo Annaliade who helped her design the home of her dreams. After all the years of it being through the generations, her original living design is all that remains, so that is where her urn is laid. There is a running joke that she is still alive and well, because if leave cleaning supplies in the room, you will never have to lift a finger in cleaning that place. Milo also decorated the main on suite based off of his love for animals and careered in zoology, alter his descendants updated it, but kept true to the theme. And The daughter of the Annaliades was Marisa who was always drawn to the sea, so when it was her turn to inherit the house, so pushed that into her version of the families kitchen. But she also added her husbands love of the country in there. That husband was Kennith McNaughton. Kennith updated the exterior of their nice country home. Marisa and Keith McNaughton had three buetiful children. Erisson, Emily, and Elanor. Errison being the oldest, inherited the house. He made the family mud room, and had two buetiful sons with his wife Rayleigh. Martin and Tom. Martin inherited the house next, and with the help of his wife Tamara, he designed the bathroom next to his father’s creation. They had two daughters, Nora, and Mia. Nora inherited the house next with her husband Derick thomson, and revamped the helllway to something more neutral, something better. They also made their room as bright as their love. A little tacky but they didn’t mind. Derick built in a play yard for his daughter. The Thomsons had one kid named Alicia , she loved purple and dolls. She was only a toddler when her mother left after her father’s murder.

challenge idea: for every room there is one random item category you cannot use, for example chairs, tables, plants, paintings etc. imagine trying to make an entire room without plants... the dread!

For the outside bench you should put really small chairs so it’s functional and it’s like if the sims were sitting on the bench
