Scarabs could be the tiny assassin droids that crawled into trooper armour, the scarabs have the same kind of base as Assassin Droids so it makes the most sense, Buzz Droids were more to just take ships apart as seen in Revenge of the Sith with Obi Wan's Jedi Fighter so it makes less sense for them to be in a fight on the ground instead of in space
This is why commenters like you are awesome lol, helps me out and everyone else who wants to make a accurate translation of the Droid Army

I’d love to see a future Titanfall-inspired homebrew.
I’ve been trying to come up with one myself using Knights and Assassins to act as Titans and Pilots.

@@Drumfreak127 interesting point in case, bringing up the assassins, since you think to make Titans from Titanfall you **Need** the pilots as well as the Titan’s themselves. I really agree with this statement and thought process and will definitely add it to the list of Goals needed to make the Homebrew!

Maby the buzz droids could have some kind of ability were they could stop vehicles from firing or moveing based on the command you give them. Imagine how tau players would react as you prity much stun lock there giant robo sute with a bunch of little buzz bois!!
Yeah by the end of the clone wars there was quintillions of droids made, but Palpatine never used them as he wanted the Republic to win

I wonder how a homebrew based on the Black Arms and the Metarex from the Sonic franchise would turn out. Some might be tempted to use the Tyranids but neither the Black Arms nor the Metarex act like those bugs.

I don't know why, but after listening to some of the Tangle show songs, I can't help but image a somewhat 40K setting.

An Interesting Idea it's kind of similar to The Corsair Prince's world were Eldar and Humans live peacefully, I did a similar homebrew with the CIS but I Hybridized Rogue Trader and Mechanicus, Creating a economic alliance with several subsectors as a foundation to build a Droid Army with a representative government organizing the territory to secede from the Imperium.
That’s beautiful, huge fan of the work you put into it. Initially I was considering Mechanicus forge worlds who seceded due thanks to the aid of a rogue Psyker inquisitor. However I choose against it because I felt it didn’t fully fit with the conglomerate of Xeno races, and it prevented me from using Grevious, at least to the point of him being a Xeno. I really liked your interpretation of the CIS. Any suggestions you’d like me to add to the list?
@@EVER_PRINCEI recommend Rebel Alliance, An alliance to Reform the Imperium from a Feudal Tributary empire to an expansionist Constitutional Republic. This is something I have been brainstorming for a few months now, basically enlightened loyalist rebels that aims for Reformation of the Government that isn't Chaos or Heretic cringe but a Protestant style revolutionary Ideology very similar to how very early liberalism and communism of the 1910s spreading ideology through deeds and propaganda rather than secessionism.
Mine are similar, the sons of usonin(usonian) chimera successors of the traitor legions using primaris geneseed. They split off from chosen marines as experiments and they and a sector becomes the united systems of usonin with their nation made out of outcastes.
I prefer the EU in it's entirety over all Disney Star Wars. EU is the one true canon and the authoritative frame work to operate from. Not mention I like Timothy Zhan's writings and incentives and his characters whom he wrote. He's easily one of the best elder Star Wars writers who was faithful and had common courtesy.
That’s for sure. I can’t believe how long it took me to read Hier to the Empire, learning about Thrawn beyond the occasional UA-cam video and the Rebels TV show, which I think did a decent job adapting Thrawn into Canon. Not perfect. But I do think how his story is going is a lot better than the Zahn Trilogy since I personally hated how Thrawn got defeated in the third book. In fact, I thought most of the 3rd book was alright, with a decent finale, the 1st book was by far the best of the trilogy. I think heir was a solid 9/10 (10 out of 10 as someone who grew up with those characters), Dark Force Rising Was a 7 or 8 out of 10, and the last command was a solid 7 out of 10.

What are we left with now? Constant character assassinations, spite, inversions, and self sabotage and bad and sometimes evil writing all while the current writers and showrunners gaslights and praises their depravity continuously. Mocking and stigmatizing the EU and it's community at every turn and corner.
They made Thrawn a incompetent imbecile in that Ahsoka show. Sabotaging everything Timothy Zhan had done so hard to characterize him as. At the same time denying Luke and Mara Jade and elevating another cast of characters who are really bad.
Why not the men of iron the droids could be a form of men of iron basically there's a men of iron still around and he could of made the droids
The Men of Iron only have one model and I wanted to make it so anyone could realistically make an army based on the Droids. But if/when we get a full army, expect a remaster lol

@@EmonWBKstudios I honestly wasn’t a fan of The Last Jedi for numerous reasons. Mostly plot holes, and character assassination. That being said though, I’ve mentioned before how the one Star Wars film I refuse to watch is always Attack of the Clones. I can and will gladly watch any Star Wars movie someone puts on, safe Attack.

within that context, saying something is "x" instead of "y" without mechanically changing it just sounds like a re-flavor rather then homebrew
@@catkook543 same! That’s honestly where the name of my series came from, since I started off in D&D and transitioned to 40k. Plus I love coming up with custom rules for random characters and stuff, especially my own armies. It’s currently a goal to make it so every future homebrew can get a custom army rule at least.
