My symptoms keep on coming back, I’ve been on low histamine diet for about 3 months , but as soon as I default to normal diet, my symptoms comes back, I slightly breakout as we speak, and the most sad part is that I’m only wearing two jeans because I’ve lost weight massively because of the diet.. I wish everyone to recover I know one day we’re gonna be free from this bondage ☹️

I want to say, that i have cu about 7 years. And i know, that it's somehow works with no sweating. But! When i was in army, i actually drinks milk every day, and, because its army, i was sweating everyday (lot of body motions per day) and its gone when i was in army, after i back home its started again. So maybe body exercises can also help (running for example), or visiting sauna, all that make you sweat is helpful

I think the dandelion is seasonal, I also couldn't find it once upon a time. Hopefully the tablets work for you the same way. Remember to stay positive!

I’m about to start on a diet after suffering through almost 6 months of CU. I’ve been drinking tea every morning for the last 5 years of my life so it’s gonna be a strong change😓what else did you stay away from besides dairy?

works for me only if i run a half marathon on a eliptical every 2 days. the effects last until the next shower so i can postpone a day if i need another rest day.

I did sweat therapy 10 years ago and it worked for me, my symptoms went away after sweating everyday for a week. Now, unfortunately 10 years later my symptoms have returned. I haven’t worked out in over 2 weeks because of the pain. I am going to give sweat therapy a try again soon.
