My first ecperience with itchyness started when I was 16, I had it for a few years and then it went away. I'm now 27 and it came back 10 years later. M triggers tend to be heat, excertising and being stressed out. My vains pop out and I become extreamly warm. I can no longer work out because it triggers straight away. Mine only last a few minutes at a time as I try my hardest to avoid it. I won't be looking foward for summer. My areas that itch are my back, hands, arms, chest, neck and sometimes feet and legs. Don't get it on my face what so ever, which I' greatful of. Usually starts on my back, chest or hands. Each time is different

Do you perhaps suffer from anxiety/chronic stress/easily startled/health anxiety/social anxiety/something similar? And something else: do you perhaps suffer from GI problems such as gastritis, IBS, IBD, excessive flatulence or bloating, constipation, etc?

I've had this symptoms since the age of 14. I'm now 38, I take hayfever tablets everyday that has anti histamin, the drowsy tablets, the non drowsy isn't strong enough. Is there a cure for it yet!?

Does these antihistamines worked for you?

@@Zayn._gnx yes but I have to take it everyday or one other day. I take cetirizine hydrochloride tablets that's in Hayfever/Allergy pack. It contains anti histamine, solved my problem.

I work in healthcare consulting and also suffering from the same disease. After reading various treatment guidelines and doing pubmed research, i have done some lifestyle changes which have helped.
    1. Try swimming as workout instead of gym or running
    2. Avoid spicy and chilly foods
    3. If I'm planning to go outside in the heat or planning a gym workout, I take anti-histamine 2 hours before the workout/event (standard dosing regime of anti-histamine (cetrizine ) is 10mg every 12 hours)
The treatment mentioned in the 3rd point is the standard one. You can take this medication daily for every 12 hours for a slightly easier lifestyle. I would be happy to help if you have any more queries.
Also note that you may have some underlying autoimmune diseases. So please get those test checked as well.
Please note this is not the cure, but it helps in tolerating the symptoms to a certain extent and make life slightly easier.

Avoidance behavior is terrible with this condition. Don't do it. The problem is very likely a hyperactive mast cell response due to excessive secretion of CRH due to frequent stress responses. Do you perhaps suffer from anxiety/chronic stress/easily startled/health anxiety/social anxiety? Another path to go down is the excessive production of histamine or other DAO and MAO occupying biogenic amines, produced in the gastrointestinal tract, such as in the case of SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) where E. coli K12, Klebsiella aerogenes and Klebsiella pneumoniae upregulate cadaverine, histamine and putrescine production.
