I do like that some of the night creatures possess intelligence as soon as I saw him kill one of ther own they took him away cuz they knew something was wrong with him
Compared to the original series, these ones seem far more humanoid. FlyEyes was struggling when he was speaking with Issac. Eduard and Jacque were able to talk very clearly and without struggling. Not only that, they seem more capable of independent thought. Even their appearance looks more human than the ones in the original. Who knew 300 years could make such a difference?
@waves2378 perhaps it was who they were is the reason they are able to speak clearly as far as we know Flyeyes was a sinner so maybe if your not a sinner and get turned into a night creature u keep some of your humanity I'm just spit balling here
Dont forget the other night creatures as well, they all have more beautiful human features compared to their counterpart that belong to Isaac and Hector.
I can’t wait to see Maria’s dragon 🐉 uff I can just imagine a light dragon tearing up night demons . Also to see the full development of Maria as a character
I do like the show (and Edouard’s night creature design obviously), but what did they do to Annette? She’s basically an earthbender but all she does is making swords with it. She _really_ needs to go to Toph‘s earthbending school.
@@Midnight.Creepypastas I mean true but she is still going toe to toe with just swords probably cause she is comfortable with it. I'd imagine she can do more but would rather stick with what she knows and Ig this also parallels her and Richter since both seem to be much more straight forward for comfort compared to Trevor/Sylpha with their versatility.
You have got to watch the show , it’s so good and it explains everything. I won’t spoil it for you , but she knew who he was before he was turned into that thing
This is one of my biggest problems with Nocturne The whole thing with Night Creatures is that they are raised souls from hell how is Edouard still himself?
This isn’t new. Remember in the original Castlevania when the night creature spike to Isaac in the dessert and he was talking about what he remembered of his past life after he had a peace of fruit? Night creatures are still human souls put into twisted flesh. They have always been capable on consciousness.
@@JumperSC I don’t think you understand My problem isn’t with Night Creatures having individuality it’s that whenever a human turns into a night creature it is never demonstrated that the human maintains their individuality it’s always another soul entering the body in the deceased’s stead
@@kruegerpoolthe13th My thought on the matter is that the more mechanical process of creating night creatures in Nocture might not be as... thorough? As the older, more direct method. Maybe the disconnect between creator (like Hector who wielded the art directly and personally in the original) and creation makes the suppression of the soul's past less effective. Or in this case, very ineffective with those who had strong immediate beliefs and desires.
It a new form of forging. These night creatures were made by a machine not by a person and the way it works differs from regular forging like having the body's original soul back and having no master to follow
@@kruegerpoolthe13th The original also implied that it was possible to bring the original soul specifically back. Like when Hector resurrects the dogs or like in the case of the bishop. Isaac also seemed to specifically resurrect the guy who offended him at the oasis.

That little design detail of the hands covering his face, to express his shame at what he's become, absolutely breaks my heart.
It's also where the vampires grabbed him :(

That’s nothing new really.... in the original series Issac had a whole philosophical debate with one of his night creatures.
@@jahimjauh-hey5653 I know I'm just glad they kept that
@@jahimjauh-hey5653 that was a debate but not once has a night creature attacked one of its own to save a human.

Edouard’s night creature design IS SO GOOD
He is not just any creature but an innocent devil
Agreed. He's both beautiful and incredibly unsettling.
Dont forget the other night creatures as well, they all have more beautiful human features compared to their counterpart that belong to Isaac and Hector.
All of them are honestly
It’s scary but also tragic
The way Richter dodged and broke the spear was so elegant.

Richter,Maria, and Annette did exactly what Trevor,Sypha, and Alucard did in the last season.
I am surprised that there is not a single drop of blood in Annette´s cloths.
Or anyone in that matter. I want their scotch gaurd
Ironic that the people in the church are safe from the night creatures, but not from being killed and turned into one by the priest
The turned ones are revolutionaries.

Isn't this Season 1 though lol id imagine she becomes more verse with earth as it goes on.
@@funkycrawler619 It is season 1, but she’s supposed to be an expert. Just look at what Sypha was capable of during the first four episodes.

She’s not an earth bender. Ogun is the Orisha of iron and war

The weird thing about this Castlevania is the night creatures looks more human
This anime it Will good to watch if van Helsing is in the team
Wait a minute why didn't it attack her I'm confused Is that a family member or something
He was her best friend that got killed by vampires. They turned his corpses into a night creature, but his soul remained intact

You have to watch it to know..literally by episode 2 you know why
doesn’t really make sense because night creatures CANNOT disobey an order from their summoner.

0:55 that looks like a bacon from roblox
imagine they do live like this, then the main character leaves the show like in the witcher :D
But this show is good so it won't happen.

I’m happy that both their friends are night creatures, hopefully they can escape and rejoin the group!🖤🩸✨⚔️
What?
What’s the name of the song they play when Annette sees edouard
Who is Edouard?
Annette's best friend she escaped slavery with him and was looking for the Belmonts for help against the vampire messiah.
