I've been in a strange place since I started my SSRI meds and lost my ASMR. It's something I've had to rely on to help with sleep, and not having it was a truly difficult time. But these stories, especially with Chris's voice, have stepped in to help guide me to sleep. Just so you are aware they do have time stamps so you can skip straight ahead to the story…I personally LOVE the meditations and need it to calm my brain and body down so I can then enjoy the story but I know some don’t and that’s why the time stamp is there. Sleep well all 😴

Hi your newest video says it’s in the made for kids section so I can’t comment on it or save it to a playlist 😮 Could you PLEASE fix this? I put all your videos in a playlist so I can put thunderstorm sounds after listening. Also I can then just go to my playlist to find all your videos in one place. Thank you very much. Also it’s very weird it’s in the made for kids section as it clearly says a sleep story for grownups! Thanks again 😊
Yeah sometimes youtube does the "kids" designation to stuff automatically. Fyi, even though you can't save those videos to a playlist directly from the video itself, if you play it for a second and then go to your watch history, from there you can still save it to a playlist! I hope that's helpful info!
