@@Camilla13-rw8unmy dearest Camilla, the trouble that I was in (whether I don't know what you live as a ballet dancer, or in the same time as student) for me was that a better stretch on the hand and a better strength on the other hand were not so flexible in one moment. So, I don't know what your experiences are, but as for me I would think (forward) that elevating space and also soon recovering the space is more than flexibility à la barre, without ever getting something in return. A lot of flexible stretches are able when you return, but anyway, for me, first time memorials and memories are a step. (Don't know how you study and please let me hear more from this opinion). With Love Miriam
@@Camilla13-rw8unof course my foot are not run. It takes a run into the own instrument to return, but that would make it steady/or stable, not flexible. Steady positions and stable (coming down) position are for me the II variation, when "you" decide into gravity. That, I position cannot vary it yet. Decide yourself, on what on position you're coming next: II, IV or III position (otherwise II, III or IV and the V position). This will probably influence on footwork, anyway, in all point position footwork are accessable and make streches, so there is non as such "grounded" position on footwork (neither there to is ob point). My opinion only, please ask your dance teacher if you want more advice and talk to them opinions whether what's your position on point. With love and joyfull moments
So excited to do this as a mama who doesn't always have time to get back into ballet! What a treat, I'd love to see anything like this & love the idea of a stretching video or strengthening type of class!
The accompanist whose music you used - Ray Lindsey - transitioned a few weeks ago. Don’t know if you ever heard him play live but he always had a big contagious smile. Nice to hear his name in your video
I 'M IN, SINCE WHEREVER HOW OLD I AM AND WHETHER I BELIEVE INTO THE ONE DIRECTION OR NOT. THANK YOU, MME QUINER (RACHEL), GOOD FOR US, GOOD FOR ME, LOOKS GOOD ON YOU!
THIS IS BEAUTIFUL. I do remember how much difficulties I had on round on fourth position (first), because they were taken with us on elevé *or grand renversée. It was difficult with me to loose the time up about second position. I will remember and collect more than a class when I will come and see it - now I close my legs from fourth position and will be allright and shoulder on what's next *thank you for the stepping out and stretches, see you on Monday or maybe the other time on tuesday (as I would hope so and be holding to you next)
Recherché tendu (en tendu charactere) (we called it "reverié"!) Funny thing was the grand plié we had to do it with. (Recherchée plié) Kept us into upper thights, but /since we were not ready/not really ready and aware to study and go this focus on point.

What other home workouts would you like to see?
Maybe one like this but just a little slower for older beginners?
Center,feet,turnout please 🥰
I think some workouts to have a better strength (ankles, abs...) would be great.

Bonita figura
Tu silueta es linda
Y tu mirada es encantadora y muy hermosa ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷💋💋💋💋💋💋💋que dicen esas notas
Es extraño se adentran a mi mente
Y se despierta mi curiosidad
Como tus movimientos despacios
Sutiles me dan calma y felicidad 💋💋💋💋💋🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷
