This video just reached out to me and I had to give it a click. Thanks for the well organized and simple info! Gave me a basic foundation on how grey hair is formed, causing factors and steps one can take to delay the process. Couldn’t have asked for a simpler video!!
My dad is 67 and hardly has any grey hair, he retired at the age of 34, has been living a happy life, he does not dye his hair, Man has zero stress!! STRESS is the Culprit
@Andrea AC John Mcain army war hero at the age of 36 captured and tortured in Vietnam with no grey hair went full grey in months. On the night before her execution Marie Antoinetts hair is said to have turned completely white. When stressed out, mice's fur turns grey quickly.
My little brother had half a head of grey hair in his teens and not in his late 20s has zero. In fact, they were gone by the time he was 21. He had quite a bit of anxiety back then, so we came to the conclusion that the anxiety was the culprit.
Yeah, my partner said that when she was a young teen, she started to get a lot of grey hairs. She was extremely stressed at the time. She is now in her 40's and a gray hair is very rare.
I started loosing my hair in my mid 20’s & as a guy having very thick wavy hair it was pissing me off. On my 31st birthday I buzzed my hair to the scalp for the first time ever! Wow I couldn’t believe I did that!!! After a few months I shaved my head bald. Wow I couldn’t believe what I looked like in the mirror! Now I’m 51 & I’ve saved sooo much money on shampoo, conditioner, hair gel, going to the barber to get my hair cut, etc. I buzz & shave my head myself whenever I want. My hair or lack of it is not who I am. I’m a liberated dude who’s enjoying life everyday. Godspeed😁
Men are fortunate in that way. They go through shock of losing hair, then shave it and look just as hot. Noone one wants to see a bald woman unless you're Sinead o Connor.
@@diane_kerr To this day no one could rock a bald head the way she could...she actually looked better without hair! It helps that she was stunningly gorgeous lol
You most probably have plenty of testosterone which causes balding, be happy for that. Look around at 50+ men with plenty of hair and man boobs, they need to get testosterone supplements because their levels are low which causes a lot of health issues.
I started getting gray hair at 25 when I had severe anxiety from depression. Had a treatment that basically cured my depression and my hair went back to jet black. Stress is a major cause
@anonymissed3611 TMS it's an electromagnetic therapy that targets the part of the brain that falls asleep when you're depressed. It's like night and day
I do believe grey hair can be reversed some how. I'm 47 and hardly have any greys. I did pull a grey hair out a couple weeks ago, about 3 inches long and noticed that half of it was grey/white and the other half was my original light brown hair colour. The half of the hair that was my light brown colour was the root end of the hair. So, the hair started growing out of my scalp grey and then stopped greying and then started growing the normal colour again. I'm taking all kinds of supplements. I wish I knew what caused this reversal.
When I started to take copper and zinc supplements, my beard which was completely white has started to get some colour in it now, some of the new hairs are almost black. The hair on the back of my head now has a lot more black than before.
I found my first grey hair at just 9 years old,my mother had just passed away,so it could have been stress, but early greying also runs in the family,I was totally grey by my early twenties, now in my sixties,it is pure white, all 3 of my children also began greying in their late teens.
If gray/silver/white hair is caused by nutrient deficiencies, those deficiencies should be corrected ASAP because they can lead to more serious health problems. Dr. Joel Wallach told about turkeys which died from aneurysms from lack of copper in their diet....and their feathers had turned white from the original brown or other color.
A Scot friend of mine with thick, curly red hair was involved in a saw suit-he went totally bald-after winning the suit his hair grew back, thick but gray and straight!!
I'm 36 and noticed I have tons of grey hairs on the sides of my head now. I really started seeing it during the pandemic, during which I was diagnosed with general anxiety disorder and suffered from numerous panic attacks. I've had grey hairs in the past as young as in my teens and they've usually gone back to black. My mom says it's genetic but regardless I hate how it looks. Part of me is hoping it's due to the stress I've endured during the lockdowns and that some of it is reversible. This has been bothering me a lot.
This sounds like both the grey hair and the panic attacks may be symptoms of the same thing actually. There are variety of possible reasons so its best to do your own research and probably some blood tests too.
@@theancientsancients1769 I had 2 at hairline and 3 in beard in 2020. I got covid that June and by October half of beard on jawline was grey in 5 months. I just turned 70 in August. I started to become grey in my twenties. I started to color my hair in my fourties’. So, I’m interested in your video. I’m going to try to change my diet.
6:00 totally agree that hair dye speed greying. I got my first grey hair at 34 . I will be 44 this year. So almost 10 years later I probably have only 10% grey hair maximum. I have never dyed my hair. I really encourage people to dye their hair as late as possible or the best is not to dye at all. Thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge.
I'm one of those genetic cases. I started going grey when I was 18 (my dad was grey by the same age). So my mum was right when she used to tell me that hair due could contribute to the greying. I stopped cold turkey with the hair dye and well, I'm transitioning to grey. It is what it is, but I like them . My hair is very soft.

Our family accountant never had a grey hair. Black curly hair into his late 60s when he died from cancer. He did eat a lot of beef steak and may have had good vitamin levels. My mother's mum never had a grey hair either. Stress must be a factor but our Acvountant must have had a very stressful life his wife was awful and gave him a hard time before they separated but he was very intelligent and may have had a good understanding of life and may not have been a worrier. My Grandmother too must have bern a meat eater as her brothers had butchers shops.
my hair is like 60% grey when I was 12-18yrs old and started to turn black until now I'm 25 almost no grey hair. my grandparents on my mother side are in their 70s and they barely have grey hair while my grandparents on my father side are all grey.

Hopefully that'll happen for me. I'm 18 and started to find grey hairs at 12. More than likely it was due to extreme stress. It's definitely not 60% but if I move my hair around there's a noticable amount. Maybe with me not being as stressed in the future (hopefully) that'll change
That would suggest diet plays a part or lifestyle. I wonder what your mums parents do that stops their hair turning grey. I suppose it’s possible two people with good genetics marry. I wonder which it is in their case.

Started graying at age 43 - however was in a terrible relationship that caused me stress and depression, parents did not grey til much older than I. However, never took a lot of vitamins & allergic to milk.
Great video! I have had premature grey/white hair on a streak of my bangs since I was 16 and it hasn't really gotten any place else. I'm now in my late 20's. I overheard from my mother that someone in her side of the family also got prematured hair at the same age I did. So I assume this is genetic? I always wondered why I got stuck with just a streak of it
In my case, grey hair turning in was due to lack of nutrients. My beard turned grey at 28. Then when I was 40, I found out I had parasites all over my body , basically competing with my organs for the nutrients I put in my body. Once i got rid of the parasites, my beard and hair turned black. Since then, the grey hair comes and goes for a few months each year. Each time, I find out that I lack some nutrients, and when I get them, the hair turn black once again. Now I juice or blend vegetables each week and that keeps the grey hair at bay.
I have 50 years and i have just few grey hair on my beard, my coworker who is 18 years old younger have a lot of grey hair he ask how i don't have grey hair on head, not even one.
I have multicolor hair, white, grey, blonde, brown and black. I have kaleidoscope hair. But more important, how about a video on increasing the eggplant?
I was 23 when I started going grey I was a dark blonde, by 30 I was very grey, my siblings didn't start going grey till their 50s! I have had a very stressful life from very young and I think that's why I went grey early. My parents hardly had any grey in their 40s and 50s when they died.
I asked the Lord Jesus bout the cure f baldness. HE ANSWERED ME! My hair was FALLING OUT, LIKE CRAZY! I bleach it, and I left the bleach on too long! I had chemical burn! So it dried the follicles. I researched...Indian Ayurvedic is OIL, OIL, OIL! I put oil on roots, and VOILA! Stopped falling out right away! So cure, thank u Jesus, I learned hard way....YOUR FOLLICLES ARE DRY...OIL THEM!
I've been using Fo-Ti (He Shu Wu) for a number of years. I'll be 80 next year, and unlike Reagan's dyed locks, I have very few gray hairs. People wonder if I dye my hair. I don't because dyed hair looks like dyed hair.

You have good gut health and can absorb all the nutrients from your food . I haven’t finished watching this video but I believe it’s a copper deficiency that causes grey hair . I had a very stressful life and always had a ton of healthy hair until 3 months after I had covid about 18 moths ago . Half of my hair is gone and it looks really lackluster and flat now .
@@carolinelaronda4523 I'm so sorry to hear that. So glad you got through it. No worries, I believe as your body continues to cleanse the C19, your hair will get back to where it was. Wishing you the best. P.S. you are beautiful btw...
What if my parents didn’t get grey hair until they were in their 50’s my sister who’s 1 year younger than me does not have any grey hair. And I started to get grey hair when I was like 27-28. Why is they?
When you turn grey mostly is determined by genetics. A friend turn all grey in his 30's, just like his father did. No deficiencies according to his doctor. While there may other factors, you really can't stop turning grey. I call it my glitter coming in, and like my parents, it didn't begin until i was in my fifties. If I continue to follow my parents patterns, I won't be all silver until my 80s.
Many are commenting that they have siblings or parents who’ve started graying decades before they did. It’s not just genetic but environmental and how you deal with life.

I'm only 17 and I can already see a few pieces of white hair on my head, and I'm starting to get scared that in the future, most of my hairs will also turn white at a young age
Thanks Abraham for the video! You must have read my mind because I was just thinking about this! I'm an ER physician in my early 30s and never had grey hair until this past year, when all of a sudden they seem to be exponentially increasing. Maybe it's the stress from working in an ER during this pandemic, but I wonder if it's just my time to get them. Do you think it is ever possible to revert a grey hair back to its original color? I understand grey hair is inevitable with age, but if someone just has a few prematurely, do you think with these lifestyle modifications, they could temporarily reverse the process? Also, when you mention smoking, does that include cannabis smoking? I've tried to find good studies on this, but cannot. Every study I find seems to refer to tobacco smoking. I think globally there is so much we don't know about cannabis, and most info out there seems to be anecdotal. Thanks again for the great content!
Well the video is pretty full of good info tho. I doubt that you can reverse a specific hair strain to return to its original color, but in general it seems that if you fix whataver is causing the premature graying of the hair, all the new hair that grows should be its original color. And we lose/grow about 100 hair strains a day so.... :)
My maternal grandmother had no grays when she passed at age 64. However, my paternal grandmother who hadbe beautiful thick mahogony colored hair was white by aged 30! Unfortunately, I inherited my paternal grandmothers tendency to have gray/white hair! 😩😩😩

wow this makes perfect sense, recently i got plaque psyrosis appearing all over my body mainly the joint area, shin, elbows etc.and read up about it and found out that it has something to do with the gut system..co-currently more white hairs are starting to appear as well and im not even 30.i see now how this all links together..
Yeah but on your scalp I got it there .
Started graying at age 43 - however was in a terrible relationship that caused me stress and depression, parents did not grey til much older than I.
However, never took a lot of vitamins & allergic to milk.
I don't smoke and never had but I moved to a place that has a lot of smoker and noticed I got more grey hair.
Thanks for the video and what do you recommend healthy colors for gray hair?
I'm Filipino when I was young I didn't have white hair it only increased when I was 13 or 15. Can my black hair turn back to white hair?
Does anti/dandruff shampoo cause grey hair? Nizoral specifically cause I’m 27 and getting grey hair and just found 2 grey hairs on my beard
Great video! I have had premature grey/white hair on a streak of my bangs since I was 16 and it hasn't really gotten any place else. I'm now in my late 20's. I overheard from my mother that someone in her side of the family also got prematured hair at the same age I did. So I assume this is genetic? I always wondered why I got stuck with just a streak of it
Thanks for tuning in Nyan glad you enjoyed it
In my case, grey hair turning in was due to lack of nutrients.
Ew plz tell me that you are joking
mandandi, how did you get rid of the parasites???
@@paulrobinson5641 why the 'ew' ? We've all got millions of microorganisms all over our body, inside out!
how did you find out regarding parasites

I was 23 when I started going grey I was a dark blonde, by 30 I was very grey, my siblings didn't start going grey till their 50s! I have had a very stressful life from very young and I think that's why I went grey early. My parents hardly had any grey in their 40s and 50s when they died.
Thanks for sharing Pam, sending awesome vibes
Vitamin D supplement is great. Thanks for this gem packed video
Thanks for the video. The back ground sound making my hair gray.
Thanks for tuning in, will look into the background noise, do you mean the background music?
@@AbrahamThePharmacist I do not think it is only the background music.
I’m getting grey hair at age 16 and I don’t stress so is it just genetics?
What about baldness?
Added to the future video list topic
@@AbrahamThePharmacist Looking to see if I can have hair after forty years of baldness. Tired of wigs.
Is there a way to cause it?
I hear blackstrap molasses work well to prevent premature gray hair.

I've been using Fo-Ti (He Shu Wu) for a number of years. I'll be 80 next year, and unlike Reagan's dyed locks, I have very few gray hairs. People wonder if I dye my hair. I don't because dyed hair looks like dyed hair.
I take that too. It helps for sure.
Plzzz do a video on hair loss and the reasons why and the solution to hair loss, thank you for the relatable videos you upload

It took a while to get my gray hair I'm happy I got it it's just only on the temples looks very distinguished and wiser aesthetically to me I earned it ❤️💯💯❗ I was told these were God's medals 💯❗
I'm in my early/mid 40's and have never had a single grey hair. In regards to stress, I have had some very stressful and traumatic experiences in my life and still have never had a single grey hair. Even I was surprised. Otherwise, I'm in good health so I guess that helps.
Thanks for sharing
I love silver foxes! But I don't want to go grey anytime soon 😅
One of the biggest problems is preservatives. They can cause allergic reactions in the body.

What if my parents didn’t get grey hair until they were in their 50’s my sister who’s 1 year younger than me does not have any grey hair. And I started to get grey hair when I was like 27-28. Why is they?

Hello from trinidad very helpful videos keep it up🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🤡
Hey Devanand Ramsamooj, thanks for tuning in and sending awesome vibes to the beautiful 🇹🇹

What doctor's knows about defficence
Many are commenting that they have siblings or parents who’ve started graying decades before they did. It’s not just genetic but environmental and how you deal with life.
I'm 33 and due Covid-19 i lost most of my hair . New hair that grew is all grey.
strict whole food, low calorie food, no man made foods, no snacks, hard to do sort of (temptation). I am 70, hair just started to grey last year eat for your bugs NOT taste buds

You can take ashwaghanda. It's for managing stress.
Can catalase be absorbed thru the skin?
My mum is 87, her hair still looks black (68%)。 I don’t know how she gets that. As I am 54 now, I just start to have grey hair which makes me worry now

Outside natural grey from early age, which can be said to be inherited (genetics) Stress and worry are the major causes!
Thank you for the information

Surely increasing Catalase is the answer.

Great advice
Glad I could help
black strap molasses in pill or liquid form can help turn greys turn back
Where did you find about this and is there anything else besides that I can do to reverse it? I'll try anything.
What should i do if my eyesight is blurry and i see black dots/light dots sometimes?
Cut back on the sugar and carbs, you have the early symptoms of diabetes.
Thanks NeuroWizard22 sending awesome vibes :)
Some find that blackstrap molasses reverses gray hair--it contains B-vitamins, copper, iron, etc.
In Hong Kong a lot of kids start greying in their teens. Genes.
Useful topic.

My maternal grandmother had no grays when she passed at age 64. However, my paternal grandmother who hadbe beautiful thick mahogony colored hair was white by aged 30! Unfortunately, I inherited my paternal grandmothers tendency to have gray/white hair! 😩😩😩
My dad didn't have grey hair to his last day. But he did have grey eyebrows and beard. But my mom was all grey.
