      It was decided in 4 rapid games, which is still pretty long for players at their level. Ding won the last. Ding took a great risk playing for a win in a drawing end game when down in time. He earned it fair and square.

    This really shows you why super GMs have lost their minds with the possibility of cheating. Andrea is an excellent player and would beat me every time,but 4 or 5 moves can turn an entire game around. Maybe it's also an opportunity for a cool series or type of content where weaker players play against the botez sisters but they get to tap in a super GM for like 5 moves of their choice.

    • @TheUltimateLegend7
      @TheUltimateLegend7 5 місяців тому +2

      That would be super cool!

    • @bobon123
      @bobon123 5 місяців тому +1

      What I would really enjoy is a comparison between the case where the weaker player choose the 5 moves when they want to be helped, and the case where the stronger player is the once deciding when to help - still max 5 times. And a further case where the strong player can just tell, max 5 times, "be careful here, this is the move where you should think well what to do, there is only one good move and it is not the obvious one".
      Magnus stated that most of the skill difference is really in understanding _which_ moves are crucial, and that even just a simple "beep" when the board is sharp would be an amazing advantage.

  • @ethanyamazaki1755
    @ethanyamazaki1755 5 місяців тому +34

    This is just like cheating with an engine. A few good moves at critical moments can turn the game around and help defeat a higher rated player, while making him doubt himself bc he knows these are engine level moves. And a very entertaining content ofc.
