Now this is a band i go back with to the late 70's and they were the second band I ever saw live back in 1981, Point Of Entry tour! My go to Priest album is actually Unleashed In The East, it's one of those albums where every song is better than the studio version. Easily my favourite Priest album. Here's how I rank the studio albums, some of the placings would be surprising to some ... 1 British Steel 2 Stained Class 3 Sad Wings Of Destiny 4 Painkiller 5 Sin After Sin 6 Invicible Shield 7 Point Of Entry 8 Firepower 9 Turbo 10 Jugulator 11 Screaming For Vengance 12 Killing Machine 13 Defenders Of The Faith 14 Angel Of Retribution 15 Redeemer Of Souls 16 Ram It Down 17 Demolition 18 Rocka Rolla 19 Nostradamus
Wow saw them live in 81 that must have been amazing. Agreed , The unleashed in the east versions of all songs are better then studio version , it’s probably my second favourite live album behind no Sleep Till Hammersmith from Motörhead . Great Ranking 🤘🏻
@@petegreenfield3645 accept are great too, I forgot they had a new album this year too so many great releases this year, would have been a killer show , I’m envious, honestly I can’t even remember what my very first concert was , I think it may have been Tea Party in early to Mid 90s
@@MetalNeverDieswithMarkA thanks dude, yeah I had to re listen to a lot of the albums, surprisingly I don’t listen to priest a whole lot, always been more of a Maiden guy 🤘🏻

@@metalmusicmeltdown I remember the gig well, Accept were openers and they were great too. Was a great era to start going to gigs.
