The spring broke after 8 months. Please provide spare springs just in case it breaks again during a concert or just before a concert
Yes, we have special adapters, one works with most violins starting at 1/2 (please send us the height from upper plate to lower plate, back and belly of the violin!) the other works with most violas (to be sure also send the measures)
I like it, but make flexible payments or payment purchase plans, they are very expensive outside of Europe with exchange rates!

I'm ready to purchase but am confused about which chin rest to choose with the shoulder rest
In case you order the Signature Edition you will get automatically the universal standard chinrest TOLEDO. But if you think another would maybe match better, you can order them too and try at home. The ones you return within the trial period you get refunded.
I've tried everything. Nothing is comfortable. This likely will be the same. What's return policy?
You can try the rest system for 15 days and return it for a refund if you do not find it comfortable. It is definitely worth a try! :)
may I ask how much weight in grams ？
Everything together (adapter + shoulder rest + chin rest) weights approx. 105-130 grams, depending on the model and type of chin rests :)
so basicly a ripoff from the wittner isny but for tripple the price?
Just test the DOLFINOS with a free trial and you will feel the huge difference in functionality, quality and sustainability.
And if this would be a ripoff from the Wittner, why then would world class players like Kavakos, Bendix-Balgley, Sorokow, Kouzmanova, Rudin choose DOLFINOS and not Wittner? ;-)
the wittner has a flat planar contact surface, this is 3-dimensional with adjustable placement and orientation of the contact pads, and looks significantly more stable
