I actually had this conversation with my boss once. I was talking about how much CEOs make and how it is out of control compared to decades ago. She said, "yes but they earn it. they give their lives. they don't even really see their families." I told her a man working three minimum wage jobs also gives his life and does not see his family.
i hope that shut her up. she doesn't know what she's talking about. just because someone may have a certain job title, doesn't automatically mean that they deserve all that money in comparison to others. some of them have made too much compared to others. ceos have free time and days off just like everyone else, and some of them have time to play miniature golf in their offices. her saying they give their lives is vague and makes no sense. they don't give their lives anymore than anyone else does. there are individuals who make less than them, yet who deserve to make just as much as them, if not more than them.
Part of that is because it is nearly impossible to measure intellectual labor, as compared to physical labor. Since this can't be measured, one can use this lack of clarity to justify the exponential growth of income of CEOs over the last few decades
Are you saying I spend money on my boyfriend, or that my boyfriend spends money on me? Because in either case, absolutely and there is nothing wrong with that. I'm trying to figure out how your comment furthers the discussion on how a person can feel entitled enough to demand an exorbitant amount of money for clothes, furs, and accessories. Can you imagine the time it would take to spend that much money shopping? I have no doubts that there is hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of tailored clothes hanging in her closet that has never been worn or worn only once and will never be worn again. The reaction from her daughter shows the depth of this woman's character.
Perspective. He's worth $5 billion so he should earn about $1 million per day in interest off his holdings. $262 million is a lot to us; it's not to him.
That is still 20% of his net worth, none of which she did anything to earn. This is actually the second billionaire she was in a relationship with. The first one broke off their engagement and married her friend lol.
There was a woman in a changing room who was every week complaining loudly about her husband and how she hated him (because he was so boring!) Finally I got enough and asked why she doesn't divorce him to which she answered that as she had been a housewife all her life she didn't have any money to live on and no employable skills. When I told her that she had a choice to apply for unemployment and housing benefits if she could not get enough alimony, she went into a tirade of how she couldn't possibly do that because it wouldn't support the lifestyle she was accustomed to. So I told her to stop complaining about her choice of living in a golden cage when the door is open. The woman never came back to the exercise class after that.
Dr. Zippy Mcscoots :) I don't even know how you could possibly spend that much on clothing. I couldn't do it even if I had a blank check I just couldn't spend that much time in a store. >_
Man if I were offered $46m... I'd just retire. I mean come on. What am I gonna do, spend hundreds of dollars on Gundam models? I could buy all the useless crap I've ever wanted and not be anywhere near this gal's expenses.
Mortal Peace No, big difference. Divorced women of rich men stay rich while widowers are women who outlive their husbands. A divorcee can also be a widower but not vice versa.
Mortal Peace I apologize if you are confused. I am saying that a divorcee's husband/wife is most likely alive when he/she is rich while a widower inherits a part or all of the money while his rich husband/wife is dead.
Jantje Jansen Your "celebrity status" condition is vague. I've defined it. Granted, it's possible not to be a VS and be a supermodel, but unlikely. Supermodels also have to be certifiably hot. They must have passed thorough a few beauty pageants. They must also have had modeled clothing, model on catwalks, and making cover pages of vanity magazines. They must be under 35 years old. They generally have a striking physical characteristic that puts them ahead of the field, in addition to having a smoking hot body and face. Adriana Sklenarikova with her crazy long legs, or Tyra Bank's eyes, Candice Swanepoel's body. THEY MUST BE NATURAL.
Your financial situation is alarming. My moto in life is "have enough hidden money on the side to start a new life". You wouldn't even make it in Bangladesh.
She believed in herself. She loved him. H e broke the contract. She s smart she kept track of everything. Narrasistic people always kill themselves in the end
It's only 5% of this guy's net worth. She should probably be asking for 10% at least, don't you think. I mean, she was a super model; he was an old rich dude. Everyone knows the nature of that transaction.
grimmitachi The thing is it's normal there. If that's their culture, she knew it. She should have chosen a wealthy man from a culture of her liking, to leech off of.
Brad Suarez He entered into a contract and he is trying to get out of the terms of it. He also married his new wife in secret, which is prohibited even in Saudi Arabia. Anyway, she's the only one being an adult about this, by holding him to terms of a contract he agreed to.
SepherStar Why would he marry his new wife in secret when he has every right to do so legally? Because he knows she is a self entitled princess that would throw a tantrum. I'm sure in Saudi the marriage contract states that the man can have multiple wives. She knew this was the terms of the contract going in so she can't say shit now!!
mewabe4 In the US, the wording of the divorce laws are not sex specific. In my state both parties get 50% of what was brought into the marriage. The person who made the most money can be held liable for alimony, and if the primary wage earner did not also become the primary custodial parent, then they might also pay child support. If a man were the care giver and the woman were the age earner, the man would likely get alimony, custody, and child support.
She's a supermodel who's now 54 years old. So, she was probably active 30 years ago. Hoping she get's the $262 million so I can marry her in the USA then take half in the divroce settlement.
sullyFL Cindy Crawford is 51 and we ALL have heard of her for the past 20 years. When someone CLAIMS to be an INTERNATIONAL star, well, international means that you are known WORLDWIDE--which she clearly is NOT. Some words, like 'supermodel', are used way too loosely. There are very few supermodels.
International model means a lot less than supermodel imo. I mean, I have a friend who modeled in Italy and Paris and NYC, because that's where models model. You still have a fair point--doesn't change the fact that she's not asking for much, relatively speaking. I mean, if the assets were $100,000, would you expect her to get $5,000 or $1,000 ... because $262 million is about 5%, and $49 million is less than 1%.
COUNTERPOINT: in my country (the Netherlands), provided there was no prenuptial agreement saying otherwise, the default way to split the estate and funds owned by the spouses in a married couple, or even the partners in a relationship contract, BY LAW have to be split equally. Meaning: in the Netherlands, she would simply be entitled to HALF his net worth, minus half of her own net worth. She could have simply sued him upon divorce for half of his billions, without even having to list anything concrete about how she intended to spend it. Without a prenup, she would simply be entitled to HALF of everything. Default law.
In the U.S. it varies state-by-state. Mine is California and everything is split equally when you don't have a pre-nup. In Pennsylvania, you have to prove you actually paid for stuff if it isn't in both spouses names. If they both work, sometimes a judge will divide the property and bank accounts based on their relative incomes, but he doesn't have to. In other words, a woman who stayed home and brought up five kids wouldn't even get half interest in their home if her name wasn't on the mortgage. It's ironic that it's traditional conservatives who get screwed over - you know, the ones who are always yammering on about how sacred a family is. (The custodial parent does get child support, though, no matter what. That's to avoid having him/her receiving state aid to provide for the family.) There's no country-wide marriage laws. Northern European countries are too damn sane.
It's mostly the same here. People are acting outraged because they her reality is so much different than theirs. She'd probably get half in the states, too. She would definitely get more than the $262 million she is asking for as that is only 5% of his net worth. It's nothing to him.
So, what youre saying is that in the Netherlands, a woman can marry a guy worth $10 billion (if he's stupid enough to marry without a prenup), divorce him a month or two after the wedding, and get $5 billion. Seriously? Why would anyone get married. That's what hookers are for.
Because romance is bio-chemical temporary insanity, so you have to make a binding promise to live together and keep it going, because it doesn't just magically happen.
The one legit undeniable reason IMO is mutual trust in each other's judgement to the point where you are willing to let them make decisions on your behalf when you are unable to. i.e. When you get married, your spouse has explicit power of attorney over all your affairs is you become incapacitated (plus automatic visitation and similar fringe benefits).
these stupid laws make it harder and more pointless to ever get married. If you are rich, don't ever get married or be with a single person for long. ever.
Actually it's worse when you're poor. If you take home 2 million a year you can get by with just 1 million. But if you make 40k a year have fun trying to live on 20k.
farid sobhany People can get married as a religious custom, which is what "marriage" is supposed to be, a religious custom; but then the government steps in and suddenly it's some "official" thing that alters the law, and then everybody and their toaster wants to get "married," as if the government should determine if two people "officially" love each other.
Clearly you don't know the story but went instantly to your mysoginistic proclivities. She was married to a billionaire twice her age for 13 years and he tossed her aside for a younger woman. She's not asking for half the estate but does have a right to ask to be kept in a life style she has grown accustomed to. Why don't you marry a billionairess twice your age for 13 years then you'll be entitled to the same kind of asset split. But that means that she will be the boss of you for that time and being a woman hater you can't abide by that.
+oceandrew So being married to someone older entitles you to more money in divorce proceedings by default? Remember, she AGREED to marry him, no one forced her.
+oceandrew Nobody forced her to marry a man twice her age. You're actually defending her and her outrageous asks for ridiculous amounts of money? This is exactly what is wrong with feminists who defend women no matter what kind of monsters they are.
lol, do you really think this stupid frivole women would live in saudi arabia ??? she is living in a multi millions house in Geneva, beside, she certainly go on trip all around the world.
+John P For a Saudi billionaire it makes sense, because Saudi society is extreme on its traditions and it would be very difficult for him to justify being single.
I'm not agreeing with her, but I think the reason she's doing this is getting back at her husband for marrying a younger woman not being used to that life style.
If you go into a marriage contract that is "until death do you part" and it is agreed that you will get it all and the person breaks that same contract after earning nearly 6 billion, should you accept 30 million?
It's more than she has now. What she expects, her totally unrealistic 'lifestyle' turns my stomach. I'm sure she's in it for the money from the get go. She married a scum Wahhabi Saudi. I'm sure she knew what that was all about. She's a totally unrealistic scam artist. Reminds me of the lines in the Tom Petty tune 'Yer So Bad' ...My sister got lucky, married a yuppie, took him for all that he had.... :~)
Jimmy Kraktov Wahhabi Shiites can be great. Prostitution is legal in Dubai, for instance, as long as each prostitute works in a designated area. What she expects is what the marriage contract was based on. She deserves a fair share, and 15% is not fair. Sorry.
You don't need years of training to handle a dick. It isn't that complicated. Vaginas are more complicated, and you don't even need years of training to handle one of those.
Ana: "I think that if they're divorcing she deserves something." No Ana, she deserves absolutely nothing. No one should be allowed to take money or property they do not own from their ex just because they are getting divorced. Both individuals should just take what they own and move on.
how about split the assets? my dad and mom have been married for 33 years, the house is under my mom's name.. what should my dad get nothing because it's legally not his? (also for context, my mom earns more then my dad)
Right. People on here don't even understand how $250 million can be considered a low ask for her. It's only 5% of this dude's net worth. Most people would love a 5% divorce settlement offer.
+Anthony M No, it's useful for everybody. When you don't have a pre-nup and your property is co-owned, everything gets evaluated and divided 50/50 upon divorce. It concerns solely the husband only if he has a housewife who has never worked a day in her life and never bought a single thing for the household, which is rarely the case in most Western countries today. Now, if you DO have a pre-nup and you violate it, resulting in a divorce with monetary settlements, you have no-one to blame other than yourself.
I would agree with you if he had earned his money. However he did not earn it. His money came from his family being loyal to an oppressive Monarchy that supports horrible religious schools across the globe, strings the United States along and oppresses women, homosexuals and anyone that thinks free speech would be a great idea, or democracy for that matter. I hope she takes him for half. I'd rather this chic babe has the money than a member of a family that colludes with mass human rights abuses and the proliferation of terror.
Her ex is a Saudi Billionaire, and HE filed for divorce after marrying a 25 year old Saudi woman while still married to Estrada (in Saudi Arabia). He has a net worth of almost 7 billion dollars and she is asking for just under 265 million dollars. That's about 4% of his net worth. That's like if you had a net worth of $60,000 dollars and your ex wife wanted $1800. Rich ugly guy marries super model. Rich ugly guy cheats on and divorces super model. Super model demands 4%. Who is there to feel bad for? No one, except maybe the ex since he betrayed her. We all know if it was a woman who cheated on her husband and left him for another guy, most of you guys would think she would be worthy of death. In fact, if she had done in Saudi Arabia what he did, she would be beheaded or stoned to death.
First and foremost the reason he divorced her and not the other way around is because in Saudi its very difficult for a woman to divorce a man in cort so she probably asked him to "divorce her" as that is how it usually goes there. Also, cheating on your spouse is punishuble by death whether it be a man or a woman that did the cheating, but The person must confess themselves in court that they did cheat and nobody's dumb enough to do that... Also in Saudi it is ok (not celebrated) to marry up to four wives.. Most men who do marry a 2nd wife do it in secrete because they would most likley be condoned by their family n family in law otherwise.. Billionare Saudi men often marry multiple wives though, it isn't that uncommon.. Not to say that she shouldn't seek compensation, if she could. Just clarifying how shit works in Saudi..
Valerie Mc Phail We don't know that the marriage took place in Saudi Arabia or that she spent most of her time there. We do know that he married his third wife in secret, which is against the law in Saudi Arabia, as the current wife must approve.
Razan SW He did marry the other woman in secret. Thus the marriage should be invalid in Saudi Arabia as he did not have consent from his then wife Christine Estrada.
RTProductions, I don't think anyone should have that much money. I think that the state should confiscate it and redistribute it so there's no poverty anymore. I don't see why he deserves it more than she deserves it. He was just lucky enough to be born with billions of dollars. He didn't earn it either.
@@2cleverbyhalf so if i work hard, earn a lot of money and then give al that money to my child. Does that mean he doesnt deserve it because i (his father) gave it to him. What you are saying makes no sense.
No one works hard enough to make that much money. If you've got that much money it is because you've stolen the value of other people's labor. I don't believe in the meritocracy. The most worthless parasitic people are the very rich
I wonder if the third world poor think the same thing about us in the U.S. That we would go and drop $60-$80 on a dinner for two while they make $5 a day.
Don't respond to everything with the same "beta" phrase to every comment. You can't troll that way because it is too obvious and it makes you look desperate. Which will lead to less people responding to you. Take time and pride in your tolling and you will see improvement my little munchkin.
Why is it okay for him to divorce her just for getting older though? Surely she shouldn't have to walk away with nothing (which is what 40mil is for him) . You wouldn't be saying the same thing if he was worth 1 million and she said no to $40 thousand.
Cc considering that she is claiming 99,000 for the nanny room it is unlikely that she raised them by herself. Considering that she seems to have several staff, it is unlikely that she even did the majority of the "raising". Not saying that she doesn't deserve anything, just saying that nobody on here has enough information to determine any sort of fair level and also pointing out the flaw in your logic.
He knew what he was paying for. She's not asking for much relatively speaking. I mean, if you had $200k in assets and you decided to trade in your wife for a younger model, and your wife demanded $10,000 in the divorce settlement, wouldn't you think that's a deal?
Why is it reasonable that just because you married a rich guy you deserve half his money? Not just in this situation but in any, why not just give them back the money they started with.
So what if she is accustomed to a lavish lifestyle? When you marry a woman you have an obligation to provide a lavish lifestyle for her for the rest of her life even after you are divorced? That does not make any sense... Also, to those who don't know: This is nothing specific to this case. This actually happens in nearly every divorce.
You could afford a couple fighter jets, and maybe one spaceship, but then you would have to pay people to maintain them and store them, and you would be broke in a year or two.
marriage should never include government. if it falls apart, you go your way I go mine. same for child support, same for splitting of assets. people have been in relationships, raising kids for centuries and not once did we need to ask for a third party to referee family issues.
SepherStar marriages is something between individuals. No need to add government in it. Keep it to civil unions. If you want to add the government incorporate it. Only rules should apply to civil unions are human rights laws. This stops unions like adult and child, animals and human, even human and inanimate objects.
I can't agree with you there.. take for example that you have 2 kids, some women or men choose to stay at home for all the homework and the other works fulltime. If they get divorced there would be an enormous financial disaster for one of them. And that's why the money has to be fairly divided between them.
bukifuriku you agree to that before marriage. That is where civil unions kick in. Government is only holding a gun to say how things should be split based of how the judge feels. Write your assets up prior to a union discuss who gets what if it dissolves. Go about your merry way. You do not need a government to hold your hand for a social issues. Unless you are mentally not strong enough to handle it on your own and in that case, said person should not be in any kind of civil unions.
Ricky Dawson It's between individuals under the auspices of the government. Even in tribal societies where the government is usually a counsel of elders overseen by a chief or "big man", and written contracts don't exist. There is still an understanding of partnership and that that entails certain responsibilities and privileges concerning wealth, inheritance, resources and property and this will be enforced by the community.
This is stupid. Did she help him make any of that money? No? Then GTFO, take the first settlement of w/e millions. and go still be filthy rich, make your own money. 40m dollars is plenty of money to build your own wealth from.
You know I don't really have a problem with having more than one wife. I mean if they both consented and you can afford to to please both of them, what's the harm? It's not affecting me.
One woman taking male competition out of the market? Am I suppose to be against that? Though lets be honest you might find maybe couple hundred women world wide (probably less) that could do it with even short term success.
Then you have no problems with income equalities either? There is a limited supply of women. If polygamy was normalized rich men would take all women and poorer ones would be left without. This would increase crime.
mgeek1 you're kidding right? Beyonce, JLo, Naomi Campbell, Lady Gaga, all the Kardashians....list goes on & on...they have MANY coats each that are most certainly real. They get tons of criticism for it and they just don't give a damn.
Yep "please tell me about your *Moral* western views. That was a cringe moment. ( not advocating multiple wives, I just saying when you act like you have better morals you just look like a cancerous fool. )
***** Oh I firmly believe Western culture is superior, for different reasons. I just don't understand why TYT thinks polygamy is immoral, yet I'm pretty sure they support polyamorous relationships
+Welcome 2 havoc The immorality comes in when the women don't get to marry more than 1 husband. Otherwise I've got no problems with it. Religion is usually the excuse certain men use to have their cake and eat it too.
welcome2havoc You think the culture that normalise violence (mostly to men) and says attractive women are objectified as a bad thing (jealousy). Lol western culture is some of the worst. Where the elite of society cattle the uneducated sheep. It's easy to throw shit at other cultures.
+welcome2havoc Wasn't Ana in an open relationship with her now-fiance? I wonder if they would think *that* was immoral? +Tracey S. Polygyny is not a solution for men, it's a solution for women. It arises primarily in societies where many men have been killed in wars or cannot afford to support wives due to economic imbalances.
Not Often. Most men are too proud to ask for alimony and some courts just simply favor the woman no matter the income difference. www.forbes.com/sites/emmajohnson/2014/11/20/why-do-so-few-men-get-alimony/#223e739a23c2
Because an old, wrinkly model who's well past her shag-by date has been scorned by her husband choosing a younger model so she wants to take it to the very extreme she can.
because tyt is just liberal propaganda turning you into a white hating cop hating rich hating sjw. Ana is a hater and taking out all her deep down hate towards rich people on this girl, it makes me cringe
Sandra Snow-Balvert I'd like to believe I'd be that honorable too, but after a life of luxury this is one of those things where if the situation was put in front of you it's hard to say how you'd react.
Sandra Snow-Balvert "Hurt" is a matter of perspective though, because taking from someone who's simply wealthy as in maybe in lower millions that would be a serious issue, but taking from a billionaire who wouldn't know the money was missing until seeing smaller numbers on his bank statement, that is a very different kind of hurt.
I think part of the obscene amount is meant to be punitive. She's probably pissed off that she is being replaced and wants to hit him where it hurts; his wallet.
She is NOT disgusting, TYT's report is. Look above at my long ass answer. He divorced her WITHOUT her knowledge to save money. She is entitled to a fair share of family money and property under Wahhabe Sunni law.
***** The best way to retaliate against someone who posts an angry comment directed at you is to correct the person's spelling/grammar mistakes. COMMENT: Your a f*cking idiot. REPLY: You're
Didn’t realize this story was old. The ex-husband died a few weeks after the divorce was settled, but it will not keep her from getting her settlement from the estate. The most horrendous part of the story is that she indicates that she needs more money to rent a yacht for two weeks than the amount she needs for annual salaries for all of her staff. WTF?
Well, as you know, only religious fundamentalists such as radical muslims and Mormons practice polygamy. What atheist ever said: I want to have ten husbands /wives? Modern secular societies find thr idea of polygamy nonsensical.
I like how at 3:25, Ana is legitimately stunned at the numbers on the paper. What it comes down to for me is, did she help him make all of the money that he has. If not, she doesn't deserve a dime of it.
She probably gave up her career for him so clearly she deserves something. He deserves to be jailed for bigamy. If he wants to live under Saudi rules, hen should do that in Saudi-Arabia.
No prenup, he's lucky she isn't awarded half of his fortune automatically. 13 years is a pretty long time, and he decided to end the marriage for a younger woman. So just pay her and be done with it.
Myty Dem what the problem? they both didnt worked for the money and the men will still be rich after paying her 260m. i dont realy care about this. but it shows once more that tyt is a stupid bunch of cowards, they go after the rich entitled women who wouldnt harm anybody if she gets the money and not after women that scam poor men out of the little money they have,
Hmmmm I disagree, I think this is a perfect case that shows the lunacy of divorce and how women use it to squeeze money out of all men. Like you said this guy can pay it probably 100times over bit should she get it??? Hell now, she earns her own money and 43 mil is more than enough. If the man was poorer he would even more affected because most middle class men get destroyed by divorces, they lose their homes, their bank accounts and a lil of their faith in humanity. I laugh because it does harm the rest of us who don't have money to help us, it shows other women that no amount is to big to ask for, it gives snarky manipulative women the courage to as you say scam men. I read the other day there was a women during for money from a man who founded a company years after they divorced and the court is actually hearing it and considering giving her money. And yeah tyt are not what they used to be. Least Alex Jones stays consistant
And this is why I laughed, all divorce arguments end in this. She helped him be more successful. How do you put a number on this? Who determines this? This guy was born heir to a fortune and built on it, he had 40 yrs building this empire before they were married... But yeah let's give her 150 million more dollars because the poor guy is on his death bed and she doesn't want to sleep on the same floor and her domestic assistant's. If she actually helped him with anything sure but oil sells itself so I doubt your aglrguement here is valid. Again asking for an additional 150mil to maintain lifestyle is insane. She is like 50 something, so if she lives till 100 that's a mill a year but no she needs 4 mill a year
Ana sometimes comes across as so bitter and jealous. I find her unbearable at those moments. Also putting "DISGUSTING" in all caps in the video title, when you don't know shit about this woman, is really disgusting. I thought that us liberals are above such base prejudice.
This kind of thing goes on even in middle class divorces. Guys end up paying for a new car, mortgage payments to a house they do not live in, new clothes, new shoes, etc.
8:00 Ana u can't say ur smarter than her for taking the 49 million that she refused, when she might actually get more for refusing it. That's why ur poor. Poor people take whatever they can get while the rich go one step further
+TheBookWorm1718 dam if she wins them 262 million dolla the liberals will get so angry, they will probably start pushing for bigger taxes on everyone and especially the rich
+Saltvadoor and if she loses or gets less she's dumbass who didn't even earn it and only married into money. Ana's point stands. The model is spoiled rotten, not poor.
There is another way to look at it, her husband is worth $4 billion, so she is asking for 6.5% of his net worth from a 13 year marriage for the total settlement, no alimony. Most men with cry tears of joy if their wife only got 10% of their net worth from a divorce, and a non working wife will generally take 1/3 of their income in alimony. Though if the wife is the one earning, forget it. 38% of marriage have the wife the highest or only income, but women pay 3% of alimony.
Honestly, if a rich guy is stupid enough to marry a beautiful woman without a prenup, and then wants to trade her in for a younger model, he deserves to lose all that money. I'd say that's Christina's revenge; hit him where it hurts. His wallet.
He wasn't trading her. They explained it in the story that he intended to have two wives which is apparently perfectly fine there. It's not America. She doesn't get half.
+Tom Middlebrook Only men are getting salty about this, it's all about y'all s entitlement to up to the nearest model when you get "bored". Wrong, my salty, uniformed friend...he got married to his current (second) wife in the UK and married his third wife in Venice. So under the Euorpean laws they got married under, she's entitled to something. The worst part about his entitlement is that he's worth 7 billion dollars, she only asking 240 million, approx 3 to 4 percent of his earnings. He has got a habit of hitting it, quitting it, and not babysitting it but it seems his spoiled ass ain't getting off too easy this time. You gotta pay to play. He had his fun, now put the money on dresser and walk away. PS: He's a spoiled ex party boy. She should have went for 50%
I'm not entirely sure what you mean by salty. I don't think I'm being it however. I'm not trying to defend him as a man. I'm just saying he's Saudi and Saudis are allowed to have multiple wives and different laws apply. Plus you said his earnings. He didn't earn 7 Billion dollars during their marriage. He clearly already had it, as you have implied with him being a spoiled ex-party boy. It's inheritance. Not earnings. I'm not gonna pretend I'm an expert in Saudi law. I was simply pointing out that it's different to US law. Plus, you say she's entitled to something. Isn't 49million something? Anyway, I think he's despicable. She's seems pretty despicable. I don't really have a vested interest in either party. So again, pretty sure I'm not 'salty'.
can we please stop referring to everyone who's ever stepped in front of a camera as a Supermodel...she is in no way, shape or form a supermodel...never even heard of her before today.
Muslim this Muslim that, as a man we might be married but our sexual desire is not satisfied by our wife even though we may love them. Nearly all my mates think it would be fantastic to have two girlfriends at the same time. Why is this any different? I reckon Muslims have got it right, most rich men have one wife and ten mistresses that are used just for sex. But from what I understand of Islam is that they must be treated equally, for example if the first wife gets a house the second must get one, same as a clothes, jewellery etc... That's why a lot of women agree to being a second wife, although I could be wrong.
You comment show just how ignorant you are. So every guy wants 2 women? Then that means that half the guys on the planet will be too poor to have one. That means no girlfriend, no wife, no kids, no family, no sex, nothing. So if you think that's a better system for everyone fine, but just think about if you honestly think you would be in the top half of all the guys in your country. Also, with a system like this system, if women go to the richest men, then if that man is no longer one of the top 50% obviously your women would leave you. So if you loose your job, the stock market screws you over, your business goes under, etc your women leave you and you can enjoy your left hand . . . Actually when you think about it, it is best for all involved.
Why is everyone getting so angry $49 million is hardly under what she should get after being married for 13 years to a BILLIONAIRE. in REGULAR marriages things are split 50/50 she's not even getting 10%. Just because you're broke and spend $100 on clothes a year, doesn't mean the settlement is fair. Want to blame someone, blame the capitalist institutions that bleed people dry and allow people to earn such exorbitant amounts of money, she hasn't done anything out of the ordinary, percentage wise. This is just bitterness, with people getting angry at the wrong thing, yet again.
Marriage does not automatically entitled you to 50 percent of your partner's wealth. In most countries, money made prior to the marriage is considered personal wealth, which is not up for division during the divorce. Since the Saudi guy inherited his wealth from his family prior to the marriage, his billions are not marital assets and are thus NOT considered during the split. Now how much he's made during the marriage is the difficult question. That's the job for investigators and lawyers. However, to casually suggest she deserves a large portion of his total wealth is just wrong.
what kind of doctor is a billionaire??? rich people are used to throwing money at their problems to make them go away right? man up dude, throw money at her and she'll go away. then you could go ahead and get married to your new trophy.
Everyone knew the deal here. She gave up her supermodeling career. He's gross AF. He decided to trade her in for a girl in her early 20s. Asking for 5% of his net worth for 13 years is pretty fair imo. I mean, maybe they should have worked out the terms beforehand, but this was never a marriage about anything other than money.
$300,000 for a Paris holiday is really not that ridiculous considering the lifestyle. There are a lot of 5 star hotels that are over $1,000 a night for a room, if it's a suite it can easily be $10,000 a night. Since its a holiday so it many nights. You add in meals at 5 star restaurants, bottles of champagne, spas, costs of bringing staffer with you, etc, its not really that outrageous. I wouldn't spend like that even if I have the money but I can understand how they can spend that much.
Sure. Rich people are annoying with their pretentious bullshit. But really; If I were married to a guy for 13 years who, let's say had 2 million dollars, and I would "only" get 40'000 $ in the divorce, I'd be pissed too. I mean, don't get me wrong 40k is a lot of money. But Marriage is a partnership and money should be split 50/50 (unless it was agreed upon differently in a contract before the marriage.) Yes, 40 Millions is a lot more than 40k, and it would be enough for my whole family to stop working for a lifetime. But if you compare that to Billions, then, well, that sum is ridiculously low.
goingseoulo. I hear what you're saying but he was rich before he met her. I could see if she helped him build his riches from the beginning then she deserves 50 percent but in this case I disagree...but hell she got offered 46 million was it? Like damn that ain't enough?? She should have know he was going to trade her in for a younger girl...he's a billionaire. Did she honestly think she would be the only one and they would grow old together..especially a man who comes from a culture of having multi wives being the norm.
She didn't even ask for half his net worth--not even close. She asked for FIVE PERCENT. She ended up with $87 million, leaving him with 4.913 billion instead of 5 billion. How will he ever survive on that?
My dad is a physician and just got his own doctors office. (We're middleclass.) He has to pay about 50% in taxes. Imagine if those people had to pay 50% taxes. That would solve many problems and help the whole country.
Cases like this have to royally piss off divorce court judges. Presiding over these ridiculous people who have more money than they’ll ever have despite their education smh
Cenk makes the argument that "just because you have become accustomed to something doesn't mean that you will get it forever" and indicts rich people for it. But isn't this the same argument used by almost all wives in divorces. They've been accustomed to a lifestyle and are therefore entitled to alimony or what have you . So lets not pretend like this isn't a commony occurrence in divorces in general. Usually requested by the former wife.
1.3 million for clothes? I would be joyous if I had 130 bucks to get some new clothing.
Right
I love the goodwill
I know, this is horrifying.
I have to wait till my brother buys new clothes so he can pass me his old clothes :/
yup
I actually had this conversation with my boss once. I was talking about how much CEOs make and how it is out of control compared to decades ago. She said, "yes but they earn it. they give their lives. they don't even really see their families." I told her a man working three minimum wage jobs also gives his life and does not see his family.
They don't even guarantee that. A lot of CEOs don't actually get the job done, but their money is guaranteed.
i hope that shut her up. she doesn't know what she's talking about. just because someone may have a certain job title, doesn't automatically mean that they deserve all that money in comparison to others. some of them have made too much compared to others. ceos have free time and days off just like everyone else, and some of them have time to play miniature golf in their offices. her saying they give their lives is vague and makes no sense. they don't give their lives anymore than anyone else does. there are individuals who make less than them, yet who deserve to make just as much as them, if not more than them.
miko san work smart not hard
difference in responsibilities accounts for the difference in pay
Part of that is because it is nearly impossible to measure intellectual labor, as compared to physical labor. Since this can't be measured, one can use this lack of clarity to justify the exponential growth of income of CEOs over the last few decades
I don't think I spent $146 dollars on clothes last year. I spend all of my money on crazy things like rent, electricity, food and school.
Well you don't have the same bone structure. You're really pretty. But she has a jaw that could crush rocks.
they wear clothes only once. these folk are constantly trying to outdo each other. which chica wants to wear the same Bouboutins twice lol!
Wow I couldn't last on $146 on clothes a year
Shoulda been born pretty and tall.
She is asking for $55,000 for every day that they were married lol. Think of the prostitutes that could have paid for.
Perspective. He's worth $5 billion so he should earn about $1 million per day in interest off his holdings.
$262 million is a lot to us; it's not to him.
+sullyFL that semi colon though.
+sullyFL oh purlease it doesn't matter a jot she should go back to what she was worth before the marriage simples
That is still 20% of his net worth, none of which she did anything to earn. This is actually the second billionaire she was in a relationship with. The first one broke off their engagement and married her friend lol.
What's wrong with the semi-colon?
She sounds like a disgusting greedy bitch
👑👏👏👏
Pardon me, wife.. But I had been accustom to you being less than 30 years of age....
His new wife will never do that to him.
burn...ouch
not for a few years anyway
True that. He wants a newer model with less mileage. Who would'nt?
+John Doe how did u get John doe? either u had to be first or u hackt it. damn , proud of u John Doe, do u know John Q. Public?
Damn I feel guilty when I spend 40 dollars on shirts.
Lol
a $40 shirt!? what are you a millionaire!?
Kevin Whitter I said shirts. >->
Dr. Zippy Mcscoots :) I don't even know how you could possibly spend that much on clothing. I couldn't do it even if I had a blank check I just couldn't spend that much time in a store. >_
That's like 15 shirts at Goodwill. I'm glad you're so thrifty.
Man if I were offered $46m... I'd just retire. I mean come on. What am I gonna do, spend hundreds of dollars on Gundam models? I could buy all the useless crap I've ever wanted and not be anywhere near this gal's expenses.
I know
She has had a lot of practice wasting money.
The richest women in the world are divorcees. XD
Widowers ... ?
Mortal Peace No, big difference. Divorced women of rich men stay rich while widowers are women who outlive their husbands.
A divorcee can also be a widower but not vice versa.
wid·ow·er
ˈwidō(ə)r/
noun
a man who has lost his spouse by death and has not remarried.
Dread Naught
Your comment made absolutely no sense to me.
Mortal Peace I apologize if you are confused. I am saying that a divorcee's husband/wife is most likely alive when he/she is rich while a widower inherits a part or all of the money while his rich husband/wife is dead.
This woman is NOT a 'supermodel' she's a model.
The term 'supermodel' is thrown around way too easily these days.
I agree. Supermodel is having signed a Victoria Secret contract.
+EvilShredder No a supermodel is a model that has archieved the status of a celebrity through modeling.
EvilShredder isn't VS only for underwear?
+Jantje Jansen They make more than underwear.
I have $5.01 in my savings account. But my wealth comes from my smile though. Lol
Alright sir that will be $220 will you pay in cash credit or smiles?
Then you are getting by just by the skin of your teeth ;)
I'm right there with you bruh.
>:--)
Your financial situation is alarming. My moto in life is "have enough hidden money on the side to start a new life". You wouldn't even make it in Bangladesh.
Who lied to her and got her believing she,s worth $262 million dollars?
Tru metalhead on Maui ey probably money hungry lawyers
Her vagina
She believed in herself. She loved him. H e broke the contract. She s smart she kept track of everything. Narrasistic people always kill themselves in the end
2:24 "I've become accustomed to not making enough money..."
Ouch! Ana with quite the dig at Cenk.
And yet she drives a BMW... 🐸☕️
Yeah she's done that several times on air. I wonder how much she makes. Cent does seem cheap. Lol
dont be mad because you cant afford one
+Chris P What's your source? How do you know this?
She's so ungrateful
If you have money...don't marry. It's a scam
ikr unless you marry a women of near equal money
+TheVastLive HD it's not men or women. Either way. Just don't get married or live together.
That's the wises lesson taken from this;)
Cohabitation is just as bad under this gynocentric society. Marriage is a bad idea for men.
machida58 When has marriage ever benefited men in the past!?
I'd ask her one simple question: What makes you think you are worth that much money?
It's only 5% of this guy's net worth. She should probably be asking for 10% at least, don't you think. I mean, she was a super model; he was an old rich dude. Everyone knows the nature of that transaction.
Thanks for the heads up cus I was wondering how the hell this is even a thing.
sullyFL So because it's only 5% of his money she deserves it? Even though she chose to leave?
Maine women and their narcissistic entitlement... All this went down because he got a second wive without her consent?
grimmitachi The thing is it's normal there. If that's their culture, she knew it. She should have chosen a wealthy man from a culture of her liking, to leech off of.
See, this is why I never married a supermodel.
Women, selling kitty since the dawn of time!
Men, buying it since about that time as well.
Yea but when you get dumped for a younger version of yourself try to be a big girl about it and move on. That's how the kitty market operates.
Brad Suarez He entered into a contract and he is trying to get out of the terms of it. He also married his new wife in secret, which is prohibited even in Saudi Arabia. Anyway, she's the only one being an adult about this, by holding him to terms of a contract he agreed to.
SepherStar
Why would he marry his new wife in secret when he has every right to do so legally?
How can anyone live on 49 Million dollars? Talk about the poorest of the poor
True... you buy like a penthouse in NY and a small house on the beach and it's gone... like nothing.
I spent half of that on steam summer sales. How am I supposed to buy food and pay for my next yacht to get to my island?
+Janice from Accounting If you rent it maybe a couple more millions as a saving will at least keep you from being homeless.
How can anyone live on 4.75 billion rather than 4.95 billion? The horror.
All I need is a loan of a million dollars
How the hell is she a top international model? I thought models were suppose to be attractive.
...and if she is an INTERNATIONAL model, why has no one ever heard of her before this divorce fiasco?
I mean, if the assets were $100,000, would you expect her to get $5,000 or $1,000 ... because $262 million is about 5%, and $49 million is less than 1%.
sullyFL But, she not entitled to a fraction of his total net worth, only a portion of what was earned during the 13 year marriage.
That's to avoid having him/her receiving state aid to provide for the family.)
There's no country-wide marriage laws.
That's what hookers are for.
yes but I doubt if he was that stupid, if someone is worth billions or evenmillions they normally get a prenuptial if they don't then theyre stupid
Wrong, she'd only be entitled to the increase of his wealth after marriage. His wealth before marriage is considered his, she has no access to it.
Would someone like to remind me what is the purpose of getting married again?
so the government can get entangled of the affairs of love and childrearing. obv
tax benefits
+Snowgoon901 How else can a bitch take your money?
Because romance is bio-chemical temporary insanity, so you have to make a binding promise to live together and keep it going, because it doesn't just magically happen.
The one legit undeniable reason IMO is mutual trust in each other's judgement to the point where you are willing to let them make decisions on your behalf when you are unable to. i.e. When you get married, your spouse has explicit power of attorney over all your affairs is you become incapacitated (plus automatic visitation and similar fringe benefits).
Why does she deserve something if they divorced?
I don't understand.
these stupid laws make it harder and more pointless to ever get married.
If you are rich, don't ever get married or be with a single person for long. ever.
Actually it's worse when you're poor. If you take home 2 million a year you can get by with just 1 million. But if you make 40k a year have fun trying to live on 20k.
There is literally no practical reason to get married. The tax law doesn't even favor you anymore.
farid sobhany People can get married as a religious custom, which is what "marriage" is supposed to be, a religious custom; but then the government steps in and suddenly it's some "official" thing that alters the law, and then everybody and their toaster wants to get "married," as if the government should determine if two people "officially" love each other.
'In earlier times wealthy men would abandon their wives and leave them destitute.' - she doesn't need the money...
so much for her being an independent woman. This is why guys run through women like trash
???
Clearly you don't know the story but went instantly to your mysoginistic proclivities. She was married to a billionaire twice her age for 13 years and he tossed her aside for a younger woman. She's not asking for half the estate but does have a right to ask to be kept in a life style she has grown accustomed to.
Why don't you marry a billionairess twice your age for 13 years then you'll be entitled to the same kind of asset split. But that means that she will be the boss of you for that time and being a woman hater you can't abide by that.
He is only 8 years older, not twice her age.
Who NEEDS that MUCH stuff!? Like, EVERY YEAR!? What do you do with the old stuff?
And yeah, she should go make her own money.
Ok, the stuff and house i GET, but he should not pay for her vacations.
Disgusting request?
Like voting for Hillary Clinton?
Rekt
Or Drumpf?
I prefer Hillary over the alternative.
Hillary 2016! She is taking on the banks!
no Trump will be elected and create a new world order and it will be unsafe for the corrupt and greedy.
Why do you need a fur coat in Saudi Arabia?
The air conditioning might be too cold.
lol, do you really think this stupid frivole women would live in saudi arabia ??? she is living in a multi millions house in Geneva, beside, she certainly go on trip all around the world.
It's part of the lifestyle she is now accustomed to.
have you even experienced desert winter??????? its cold AF
To fight the oppression of the womyn.
Can't wait until my boy Bill Burr gets a hold of this!!! 😂🍿
Looking forward to his Monday podcast haha
MMPC Listeners unite!!
where can I watch him
He's probably working on some material about it right now.
Thanks everyone. Never new he had a podcast. Just subscribed to it.
Why would you marry if you're that rich?
John P Lmao right? Fucking idiots
It's more about keeping up appearances.
+John P For a Saudi billionaire it makes sense, because Saudi society is extreme on its traditions and it would be very difficult for him to justify being single.
Why would you marry without a prenuptial?
Two words: Trophy Wife.
I'm not agreeing with her, but I think the reason she's doing this is getting back at her husband for marrying a younger woman not being used to that life style.
She was that younger woman once,l'm sure. What goes around, comes around.
+Rose Martin: Saudi men marry multiple women. What did she expect? She sounds like a gold digger to me.
Sorry.
I wish I was a beautiful woman, so I could just go set up shop in someone else's life then ruin it.
that really isn't the point jonah
You'd also have to become an masterful expert at handling penises for that to happen. Think about the years of trainings.
You don't need years of training to handle a dick. It isn't that complicated. Vaginas are more complicated, and you don't even need years of training to handle one of those.
Wahaha well put
He divorced her, and she is only requesting 4% of his net worth. How is that ruining his life?
Ana: "I think that if they're divorcing she deserves something." No Ana, she deserves absolutely nothing. No one should be allowed to take money or property they do not own from their ex just because they are getting divorced. Both individuals should just take what they own and move on.
Agreed.
how about split the assets? my dad and mom have been married for 33 years, the house is under my mom's name.. what should my dad get nothing because it's legally not his? (also for context, my mom earns more then my dad)
+Annabelle B 300mill to support the child? what is she the next beyonce or oprah or some shit?
Rockas360 yes, he should get nothing, because it's not his. simple
But what if the assets were 99% earned by one person, of which almost all of that came before the marriage?
Split it 50% now?
this is like..sickeningly rich
Right. People on here don't even understand how $250 million can be considered a low ask for her. It's only 5% of this dude's net worth. Most people would love a 5% divorce settlement offer.
Lesson of this story: Don't get married! No divorce nobody takes your money
She's asking for 5% and he's offering less than 1%. Seems like he got a deal.
Or..you know...have a pre-nup. That works too.
***** Yes, obviously. I was trying to convey sarcasm. My pardons if it didn't register.
not everything is about money
Whenever I hear these kinds of stories, I wonder how judges can listen to these cases.
As a judge I would have ripped my hair out 🙄
I know! after the 1st I would want to hang myself
Well it's hard to focus when you have your hammer in the claimant's mouth.
Most western guys would not think a woman deserves death if she cheats on and divorces her husband. Can't speak for other cultures though.
Just clarifying how shit works in Saudi..
fearlessarchangel Throughout history, male adultery was excused or even encouraged and female adultery was punished by death.
Why would you not try? If she can possibly get 262 instead of 48M why not?
ibrahim Pasha she should not get 1 million maybe she deserves 100k
Are u dumb? She shouldn't get no money at all. This thing with women getting divorced and taking al the husbands money is bullshit.
Excellent point!
More like $5 a month.
There's also poor people in 'first world' countries......... They would also be amazed at a $80 dinner or ridiculous expensive clothing....
Shit. I live in the U.S. and I think that's a lot of money lol
Yes it is ridiculous to the very poor but this woman's spending is utterly asinine to 60-80$ dinner group.
Attractive women are often the most entitled
amen

Don't respond to everything with the same "beta" phrase to every comment. You can't troll that way because it is too obvious and it makes you look desperate. Which will lead to less people responding to you. Take time and pride in your tolling and you will see improvement my little munchkin.
I like how the manginas think they're alfas. Dogs get treats if they perform tricks
Johnie Sears "Alpha" not "alfas" lol
I was a young hot model and deserved the spoils of sugar daddy billionaires .... NOW you are not, get a job.
Should have invested
Looking at your profile pic, I can tell
her fun bags are probably wind socks now
Why is it okay for him to divorce her just for getting older though? Surely she shouldn't have to walk away with nothing (which is what 40mil is for him) .
You wouldn't be saying the same thing if he was worth 1 million and she said no to $40 thousand.
wasn't she leaving him because he wanted to have multiple wives? it just so happed this one was a lot younger than this ole sabre tooth
She deserves something in divorce? Why?
TedTheAtheist ii
Because she likely raised their child on her own.
This is why men don't get married anymore
how much you wanna bet she's going to have a really bad "accident" ?
don't be stupid.
Yeah, this 'supermodel' is a perfect spokeswoman for all of us :P
I would never get married. Too many problems when it comes to women; both socially and legally.
Because women ask for 5% in divorce settlements? If that was the case, no one would ever bother with prenups
Even if she doesn't deserve that amount of money, her husband doesn't either. No person should be allowed to hold billions.
How can we take that bet? You going to give me billions? stfu
Chris E FLores He didn't earn it, either.
Spoken like a true Marxist! Greetings, Comrade!
***** Government confiscation of private property?
How......commie of you...
***** All right, let's assume you are right. What's the limit you propose?
Is this limit per year or total wealth?
That Saudi Arabian doctor can pay me half that amount to "Take Care of Her". It's an offer he can't refuse.
I'll do it for 1/4 that :D
no traces back to you, doc
You would be a terrible assassin, posting on social media Kappa.
Cenk should do stand up. I was cracking up.
If he was stupid enough to marry her...he deserves to pay her.
Yep. She's asking for 5% of his net worth. Seems like a deal.
Man he should have done a pre nup.
+sullyFL she should get 0%
Gustavo Rodriguez She shouldn't.
Do you actually want the entire history of why the money and assets are split 50/50 or was that a rhetorical question?
couples who separate assets have much higher divorce rates.
I'm literally eating Ramen for dinner while I watch this.

Lucky you, I have to separate soup from noodles to get 2 meals ;)
So what if she is accustomed to a lavish lifestyle? When you marry a woman you have an obligation to provide a lavish lifestyle for her for the rest of her life even after you are divorced? That does not make any sense... Also, to those who don't know: This is nothing specific to this case. This actually happens in nearly every divorce.
you say this woman's a terrible person but this happens in every divorce... woman thinking they are entitled to everything is nothing new...
yup
She's asking for 5%. Frankly, if an ugly old guy wants to marry a supermodel, it will probably cost him a fair amount. 5% seems like a deal.
4% of his net assets is hardly everything.
I'm a woman yet I agree with you. women always get treated better in divorce settlements
If I had that much money I'd be buying fighter jets and motherf@cking spaceships.
Same. Plus investing in space mining!
You could afford a couple fighter jets, and maybe one spaceship, but then you would have to pay people to maintain them and store them, and you would be broke in a year or two.
Hell yea, space mining sounds like my kind of thing.
id take that and put my child in the best school
marriage should never include government. if it falls apart, you go your way I go mine. same for child support, same for splitting of assets. people have been in relationships, raising kids for centuries and not once did we need to ask for a third party to referee family issues.
It has pretty much always included government.
7 mins in...I have to turn this off. I struggle to support myself, wife and two kids on 25,000 a year. Who the fuk is she?
She's a talentless winner of the genetic lottery.
Some broad that thinks the stuff between her legs is more expensive than gold from space on a Platinum Rocketship.
You know I don't really have a problem with having more than one wife. I mean if they both consented and you can afford to to please both of them, what's the harm? It's not affecting me.
+170324341a the bitch ain't gotta put up with this man having multiple wives , u acting like someone got a gun to the bitch head making her do this.
She married a muslim man, you saying she was`nt smart enough to know muslim men can marry more than 1 woman?, that`s in the religion.
+Kat but why is she asking for compensation??
If you can’t live an Amazing life with $49Million... there’s something wrong with you...
Ana has the remarkable talent of saying what's on so many minds. Such a badass.
A badass? Lmao what a loser
Eww I wish fur coats were outlawed, they're disgusting.
Thank you. I hated her the second i saw her in a fur coat. Evil narcissistic bitch.
I don't think it was determined that they were real fur coats. Not many people wear real animal fur anymore.
mgeek1 When they're that expensive, they're real.
mgeek1
you're kidding right? Beyonce, JLo, Naomi Campbell, Lady Gaga, all the Kardashians....list goes on & on...they have MANY coats each that are most certainly real. They get tons of criticism for it and they just don't give a damn.
How is polygamy immoral exactly? Is it me or is TYT getting dumber in their old age?
Do men who are married to rich women get this kids of divorce settlements too.
stories.avvo.com/news/celebrity/7-stunning-divorce-settlements-from-female-celebrities.html
Yep.
Not Often. Most men are too proud to ask for alimony and some courts just simply favor the woman no matter the income difference.

Absolutely not.
"How many homes do you need home girl?" LOL!
Why is this newsworthy?
you are asking the real questions
It is the entertainment segment of the news
Because an old, wrinkly model who's well past her shag-by date has been scorned by her husband choosing a younger model so she wants to take it to the very extreme she can.
because tyt is just liberal propaganda turning you into a white hating cop hating rich hating sjw. Ana is a hater and taking out all her deep down hate towards rich people on this girl, it makes me cringe
"Shag-by" date. lol
I like the idea of a wife of a Saudi Billionair taking him for all she can.
gross
Take all you can. if you know what I mean ;)
Such bad reporting, just proselytizing and pnotificating!
I'm getting close to 50. Even adjusting for inflation, I haven't worn more than $5,000 worth of shoes in my life.
That's about a new pair of shoes once a year. Last time I bought shoes was 2015.
Another golddigger. What a surprise.
you bet.
Tax the rich
.....Long overdue !
She's obviously a disgusting person but how many of you can honestly say you wouldn't try that if married to a billionaire?
49 million isn't a fair share?
My rent is due tomorrow. $872.61 It's the live I live.

WTF?
from an atheist/secular perspective what's the argument against polygamy?
***** but they were mocking it for being immoral...
***** lol fair enough
Amir Miles but that would assume equality is virtuous.......
+Amir Miles well there's nothing wrong with a women having multiple husbands either. Should all be allowed.
He DID do that in Saudi Arabia. Did you think this story happened in America?
***** that's not his problem, she gave it up, boohoo.
CENK STOP INTERRUPTING ANA AND LET HER FINISH READING!!!
He has to interrupt. He's acting as Ana's Hype Man.
No prenup, he's lucky she isn't awarded half of his fortune automatically. 13 years is a pretty long time, and he decided to end the marriage for a younger woman. So just pay her and be done with it.
Lol you think you got it all covered if i was in his shoes i would just pay 20k to have her buried alive. problem gone
Why do you think she married him in the first place his looks?
All I need is a small place to live in and a $3000/month and I'd live like a king.
why is 260m after 13 years disgusting? so he loses 20% or less from with wealth, thats not to much to ask after 13 years..
ahahahahahaha
Myty Dem
what the problem? they both didnt worked for the money and the men will still be rich after paying her 260m. i dont realy care about this. but it shows once more that tyt is a stupid bunch of cowards, they go after the rich entitled women who wouldnt harm anybody if she gets the money and not after women that scam poor men out of the little money they have,
Hmmmm I disagree, I think this is a perfect case that shows the lunacy of divorce and how women use it to squeeze money out of all men.
Myty Dem a women can help a men beeing more succesfull and should get her share of the wealth gains that occure during the marriage.
+TheBookWorm1718 the supermodel is
+TheBookWorm1718 dam if she wins them 262 million dolla the liberals will get so angry, they will probably start pushing for bigger taxes on everyone and especially the rich
+Saltvadoor and if she loses or gets less she's dumbass who didn't even earn it and only married into money. Ana's point stands. The model is spoiled rotten, not poor.
You should change your name to SALTYadoor
Who tf disliked this video?
Ana is the house Armenian lol
Ardeniman germocide
There is another way to look at it, her husband is worth $4 billion, so she is asking for 6.5% of his net worth from a 13 year marriage for the total settlement, no alimony. Most men with cry tears of joy if their wife only got 10% of their net worth from a divorce, and a non working wife will generally take 1/3 of their income in alimony. Though if the wife is the one earning, forget it. 38% of marriage have the wife the highest or only income, but women pay 3% of alimony.
but she was not rich though
the bible said we can have many wife's also
BTW america is going to get nuked
49 MIL. Bitch you better take it and run!
Honestly, if a rich guy is stupid enough to marry a beautiful woman without a prenup, and then wants to trade her in for a younger model, he deserves to lose all that money. I'd say that's Christina's revenge; hit him where it hurts. His wallet.
Finally, someone who thinks exactly the way I do!!! He had his fun, time to put the money on the dresser.
Typical woman, I bet you consider yourself a "feminist".
can we please stop referring to everyone who's ever stepped in front of a camera as a Supermodel...she is in no way, shape or form a supermodel...never even heard of her before today.
Give me 100k dollars and I'll become a billionaire by investing in weapons manufacturers.
But then there aren't enough women to go around.
+Barnaby ap Robert not every man has the means to get married again and not everyone would like to get married again.
You are right, they have to to be treaty completely equally physically and financially and justly.
Yeah, Islam is so fair to women. We should all take a lesson from Saudi Arabia on how to treat women.
However, to casually suggest she deserves a large portion of his total wealth is just wrong.
how is this justified ?
what kind of doctor is a billionaire??? rich people are used to throwing money at their problems to make them go away right? man up dude, throw money at her and she'll go away. then you could go ahead and get married to your new trophy.
He had a ph.d.
Saudi oil
I don't think it's unreasonable given he wanted to marry 25 year old , after 13 years marriage.
She deserves that money for suffering through a marriage with that Saudi.
She wasn't forced to marry him
Everyone knew the deal here.
This is exactly why young men, such as myself(just turning 20), are not looking to get married.
My dad is a physician and just got his own doctors office. (We're middleclass.) He has to pay about 50% in taxes. Imagine if those people had to pay 50% taxes. That would solve many problems and help the whole country.
Just because you've become accustomed to a certain lifestyle, that doesn't mean you're entitled to that lifestyle.
She’s been married for 13 years she should only get $13 million.
too much money just to get laid
