Blanka was actually the 1st street fighter I beat game wise when I was like 12, I kept using the electric move repeatedly. When I got older, I fell in love with the Brazilian warrior in sf4 and won a competition on xbox360. Very underated character if you ask me. And as for combos go, I felt like his grab move constitutes like a combo move in a way the way I see it when he gnaws on whomever.
His rolling attacks are fairly unpredictable and can cover large distances very fast. Besides that, Blanka has electricity that is dangerous in close as well as quick jumps and strong regular attacks.
