    thanks for the video. it looked so easy.. sadly the 2019 speed triple rs i just got was anything but. my carbon caps were also glued in place with some sort of black adhesive. the internal baffles were also ridiculously hard to remove. i had to fabricate a hook as coat hangers kept breaking.

      would the 2020 1050rs be the same ?

    You guys are going to WAY too much trouble. I took mine out (same pipe, same bike) in less time this video took. Never even took the Arrow off the bike. Pulled out the retainer screw, Took a sharp knife and tapped the blade with a small hammer between the baffle and pipe all the way around, then got a broom stick (thick one) and wiggled it up and down for about 30 seconds with a backward motion and it came right out. Easy-peasy.

      Not all arrows, depending upon country it was designed for, have retaining screws. As you’ll see in this video, there is no retaining screw. I have the same exhaust, and the was shown here is the only way to remove the baffle.

    Grinding took a lot of time, why not simply cut it all the way where the weld ends? Any specific reason?

    Just cut through it where the weld is rather than grinding it back.
