      For number 1, just because Jesus exists doesn't prove there's a "God". He does appear to have his own powers/abilities. There's no shown proof that said abilities are provided by any "God". I'm sure Brian would actually say the same point to this one.
      Being originally Jewish myself (now agnostic), I'd more likely to see a miracle by Moses since he'd literally need a helping hand for any miracles and doesn't have powers of his own, just saying.

      @@WatchMojoyou do realize that due to the multiverse episode, furries are canon in the family guy universe as well as a universe where everyone is their fursona. Not only does this somewhat close plot holes, as this could be a result of Stewie collecting things from other universes, but also other more subtle differences. Alongside this, if American dad and family guy do infact share a universe, due to this, and the American dad furry Easter egg, no doubt this is somewhat proven to be a thing. I can only imagine Brian asking Stewie what are fursuits and Stewie giving an entire essay.

    You missed the most obvious one within the whole series! Meg and Chris have both aged throughout the series, yet Stewie is still a baby. Meg started at 15 and is now 18. Chris started at 13 and, while not actually given a direct age recently, has gone through different grades in school. Stewie has been roughly around a year old the entire time! 😂

The other family lost him, which made him homeless, but the peter saw him and regonized brian is the puppy he sold. This caused peter too feel guilty for brian being homeless and he too brain in again.

    • @coreyrodefer749
      @coreyrodefer749 11 місяців тому +5

      I think it's actually a a hidden plot that that can only be seen by a select few because if you work at Carol's baby it resembles Stewie before he got his head shaped like a football from hitting it on the stealing while bouncing on the bed and we all know the messed-up stuff that Lois and Peter have done and there was an episode in more recent seasons where they actually kidnapped a kid to get him help because his parents didn't believe in modern medicine and so we all know that Lois and Peter are perfectly capable of kidnapping... so perhaps Stewie is a future form of that baby after Lois and Peter kidnaps him from Carol because of how Reckless she is and how often she has men in and out of her lives they realized they could give Stewie a better life and raised him as their own and that would also explain why he's so different... I theorize that it's either that or Carol unknowingly had herself impregnated with Peter sperm from the sperm bank because there was an episode in recent seasons where he had like 100 Kids from his sperm replacing all of their samples at the sperm bank

    Peter mentioning Quagmires "behind" means that he was with his back to the door, so it's possible they didn't seen his face.

      Stewie is the easiest one for me. I've always had a theory that everybody can actually understand him but they don't pay attention to him because he's just a baby so he's really not worth listening to. They're used to babies who just babble incoherently so they just figure he's just on some baby nonsense. No big deal. There's even proof of this when Lois dreams about Stewie and can clearly understand him. How would Stewie have the exact same voice, cadence, and vocabulary if she couldn't understand him? There are probably still some holes but I think it's as logical an explanation as any unless they somehow come up with some clever explanation that makes it all make sense

Then it’s explained what it really is, and Peter gets very disappointed. However, in an early season episode (can’t think of which specific one right now), Peter lies and says a racist comment specifically to get out of jury duty.

    Here's another one. How old are Quagmire's parents? In the episode, "Foxy Lady", it's revealed that Quagmire was born in 1948. Quagmire's trans father appears from time to time, and we even see his mother in the episode "Quagmire's Mom". Quagmire's parents look a little over 30 years older than him. So, that would mean his parents would be in their late 90's or early 100's. They look great for their ages however. Maybe it's the carrots thing?

    The one that always bugged me was that in the episode where they win the lottery, Peter is shown writing checks to Joe and Quagmire. A few seasons later, in the episode where Quagmire gets with an underage girl, the start of the episode focuses on Peter not having a checking account and Lois making him get one

  • @niceguy169
    @niceguy169 11 місяців тому +4

    6: I've always understood it as Lois and Peter CAN understand Stewie, they just dismiss and ignore everything he says, like as baby babbling/nonsense. They just assume that as a baby he has nothing to say they need to pay any attention to. (Of course, the Stewie's First Word episode, which I LOVE for how hard they slam Caillou, suggests I was wrong, but then I just think they suspended this version for the gag of the episode).
    5: I feel like the "Meg's Real Father" line was a throwaway, non-canon gag.
    4: "Tricked Stewie into taking the blood oath, as a way to spread herpes to the infant"? "Plan"? What kind of garbage sentence is THAT??? Did nobody at WatchMojo ACTUALLY watch the episode? The oath wasn't his idea, and he had NO motivation or intent to spread it! Stewie had to talk him into it, what plan??!?! The issue was that Brian ignores that he has it, he let Stewie do the oath with him despite that - in this universe - that would infect Stewie with herpes! He's a scumbag for, more than keeping it a secret, letting Stewie do it despite the danger he doesn't know about. (Also, CAN'T YOU catch herpes like that? Isn't it something he'd carry in his blood, that would spread when mixing blood? This seems counter-intuitive...)

      You're treating this like a problem because it technically wasn't a cut away and therefore cannot be easily disputed?
      Because it sounds like whenever they actually cut away to something as part of a joke. You can easily ignore the kind of nuity of it, but if it's something that happens or is discuss in present time then it's treated more like it's meant to be serious?
      Actually in that episode where Lois becomes a boxer, I believe there's technically only one cut away where Peter Griffin burps loudly in an underground parking lot. Every other joke happens in real time in that episode

  • @CarlDillynson

    For me it’s the continuity of the size of the Griffin family house. In earlier seasons it was a modest cape code and lately all the rooms are shown to be like 1000 sq feet. Don’t even get me started on their basement or Stewie’s room, lol. That size seems to change scene by scene.

    Then there was the episode when Stewie's Eastern European nanny turns out to be some sort of spy/agent/assassin who's being pursued by enemies and, while she's trying to escape them, she takes off with Stewie only to toss him out of a plane with a parachute, telling him to "Count to 3 and pull the cord" at which point she tosses him out and Stewie yells, "I don't know my numbers."
    That's fine for any ordinary baby but we all know that Stewie has managed to invent all sorts of impressive scientific machines (a time machine, a machine he used to shrink Brian, a brain-swapping machine, the machine that wound up creating "Evil Stewie," a teleportation machine, etc) but, somehow, WITHOUT knowing his numbers. 2) It's possible that Brian isn't an atheist and he only says it just so he doesn't get dragged into go to church.

      alot of the times in shows the shows seasons only takes place a few days or like a few months so a whole season can take place a few days to a a few months like that 70s show for instance look at the licencs place at the beginning of the season it says what year it takes place in later on in the season there were multiple seasons that only took place in one year so the reason they have so called long pregnacies in shows is because the show only takes place a few months less than 9 months like friends where phebe and rachael were pregnant thats just how shows work but phebe from friends was actually pegnant in real life they worked that into the show but ya shows dont exactly work the same way it does in the real life again shows seasons dont exactly take place in one year could be full season within the matter of couple of monts or weeks some e pisodes take place right after the last episode ends so 2 epidsodes of a show can take place in one day

    Once again, I have to say the reason Brian is able to have a 13-year-old boy despite being 7 is because like he said, they're in dog years. Brian at the age of seven of Dylan's debut episode and that's the equivalent of 49-year-old which is older than 13
    The solution is simple. Just look at the Robin Williams movie Jack where Robin William plays the titular character that ages four times as fast so he looks like a 40-year-old when he's only been alive for 10 years.
    Same thing applies here. Because Dylan's father is a dog. He ages as fast as a dog so when he looks like a 13-year-old boy in his debut he technically only has been alive for almost 2 years in universe. But seriously, no character ever actually ages in cartoons unless they actually meant to anyway. So why would it even be a big deal?

    Here's another one. Lois is 2 years younger than Peter, but they were both 18 in 1984. In the season 2 episode, "Let's Go to the Hop", it's revealed that Lois is younger than Peter by 2 years. However, in the season 5 episode, "Meet the Quagmires", Death takes Peter back to the year of 1984, where somehow Peter and Lois were both 18 years old at that time, which is mathematically impossible. Lois should have been 16 years old at that time.

However, their parents, Carter and Babs, never had red hair. Anytime there's a flashback showing Carter or Babs from a long time ago, it always shows them having black hair. So, where the hell did Lois and Patrick's red hair come from? Also, bonus fact: Lois was originally going to have blonde hair, which is why Chris is blonde.

  • @josephwest124
    @josephwest124 11 місяців тому +2

    Oh, and on the point of Lois's accent, um, she picked it up after years of living with Peter? As to why she has it in "flashback" scenes, well, it has been established in the show that she was never all that comfortable with her family's wealth and she may have simply tried fitting in with the people she wanted to be with. (Then again, Peter's accent doesn't really seem to match his own upbringing. His father, Francis, had a very old-fashioned Irish-influenced accent, despite presumably having been American-born and -bred. And his mother had a fairly nondescript Phyllis Diller accent--because she was voiced by the legendary comedienne. Yet, Peter has that thick working-class New England accent which neither of the parents with whom he grew up possessed so where/how did Peter get HIS accent?)

You miss the idea the show is a comedic one in nature, so they sometimes intentionally make unrealistic, or funny scenes, not following law of physics, or logic, or math etc. Like that one with Brian and his son, where Brian could father his son if counted in "dog years".
